8:00 Phil when in any fighting game is a reversal a safe option? If a character has a safe on block reversal they tend to be busted as shit. Hell that was one of the big things Sol had going for him in launch Strive, his S DP was impossible to punish for some reason. Which meant it wasn't risky for him to just DP everything.

I hate when i push a button in a fighting game and the game just decides to do something completely different, like it does to Phil EVERY SINGLE ROUND. Apparently Street Fighter just decides to randomize your inputs sometimes to keep things interesting. I hear lots of pros complain about this all the time.
