This gives a bit more sugar for the yeast to eat, which is how the beer become pressurized. A Science Project done in claymation about John Dalton
IMAGINE GOING TO A WHO CONCERT AND THEY OPEN WITH THIS RIGHT HERE ! OH MY SOUL !
For me this is the best line up of all the players and versions of 5:15 !
Una versión de puta madre !
So the drummer is Zac Starr then? He's a good drummer but no Moonie. And I would hazard a guess he doesn't travel by train much, or he would know where all those cute little tom fills come from. This is what British trains used to sound like and still do, to some extent.
Great zak starr ❤
I think this is the best live version of 5:15
Interesting version, with additional guitar, keyboards and brass......
oldest video I've seen 💅 im 2 years older than this video uploaded
what year is this
4:52
Why should I care ?
Absolutely NO ONE can do what John does. Solo starts at 4:53
Who's instead of Keith?
Now that's a proper rock band
The EVH of the bass...
I remember seeing The Who for the first time in 1989, and John's fingers flying all over the place led me to calling him "Eddie Van Entwistle". I gained a new appreciation for him and his role in the band after that show.
me in 2020
haha same
Damn, never saw this , The Ox was on fire!
No one's talking about Simon shredding guitar... But Thunderfingers is the best
Been a fan of The Who for many years. Also a fan of Rush for many years. Pretty sure Geddy Lee was inspired by John. Interesting to note John seems to favour the low end of the bass, while Geddy goes all over it! Both masters of their instrument!
John Entwistle is the best bassist of all time, I wish he was still here creating more amazing basslines. Also, can we talk about how Roger pretty much still looks the same as he did in the 70s?
3:10
The who are fuckin gods
When was this show ?? 19_ _ or 200_ ?
Cyril CCH 1997
THE GREATEST BAND I EVER SAW LIVE ! WHO RULES OK !!
Man, Entwistle is on FIRE! :-)
he ALWAYS was.
look up the version from Live at the Royal Albert Hall concert.... ever better.
okay at seconds whats the formula?
Everyone please turn on the subtitles. They are delicious.
With this fingers every woman will be grateful. John Entwistle <3
AWESOME!!! So glad I got to see them, back in '82, in Oakland!! It was: "The Day on the Green", and The Clash opened for them!! WHAT A GIG!!! :o)
Wow! What a concert experience that must have been! Love the clash! What opener like you said. I was a junior in high school then and living on the east coast. lol
The BEST BASS PLAYER, EVER!!! :o)
from england to the world the best band on stage THE WHO long live pete and roger ¡¡¡RIP, JHON AND KEITH from monterrey mexico we salute
The tour where John started doing a 5:15 solo -- and before Pete started doing a huge solo before and/or after John's.
Guess what, buddy? They're playing all of Quad in 2012!! Tour started 11/1/12 in FL.
thanks for the video!
Entwistle you're inhuman! How do your fingers fucking move like that?!!
When you die you can ask him that
Is that Zak Starkey on drums? He looks like Jim Carrey in Dumb and Dumber!
4:16 rhino rape!!!
how can i download this video?
sweet as fuck
Who
@PeterMayer You bet they played ALL of Quad during those '96 and '97 tours - man were we spoiled or what?
@Gothic1982 John is the only bassist I've ever heard who plays the bass guitar as though it was a lead guitar. Pete has said of John that The Who actually had two lead guitarists, LOL!
Pete has said John could have been a good lead guitarist, but one of them (Pete, Roger, John) had to defer and play bass.
@cmcmeeks "this other guy" on guitar is Pete's brother Simon, who's excellent, but obviously ain't Pete!
yeah I'm Slovenian so It's a little hard 4 me to understand.
How the hell has this got 7 dislikes? Great job.
the music in the background is distracting
@mLaNo96 Skill and sniff.
Well not out of sync when I watched it. What can we say?! If you know the original then you will know that this is a great live performance. Entwhistle's solo was class! (can't help wondering it sniff had something to do with his confident gusto). Quadrophenia is arguably one their best album. What a band!
i mean how fuck did john do all that
John Entwistle RIP buddy you were the best!
