I tried every setting I could thing of . It ripped. . The glue on the removable is not sticky at all. The Permanent did work ok and the iron on the transfer .

Hi. This is a nice video. Why have you stopped posting, if I’m not being to nosy. I ready your “about” section and think it lovely that you are on a mission to share your crafting skills. I looked at about 15 videos today just trying to find the best and most efficient way to make a quick price sign for a one day event I have coming up. I’ve got all of this Cricut vinyl and you showed me a great way to use it and it didn’t take you all day to explain. The other videos I watched were wayyyy to long and long winded. Thank you!

I am new to Cricut and have an Explore 3. The transfer tape without the lines that I just bought is horrible with their brand of vinyl. I can't get it to release unless it's on their glitter vinyl. It is so thin that it is hard to work with without it folding on itself. The only setting that I can cut it all on is the window cling setting.

where did you get the adhesive key hooks?

I realize this is from 2 years ago however, you were only cutting circles. It works fine for larger objects. But detail is a whole different issue all together.

I was excited to see the etching cream! But can't find it on their site. I qpnder if they discontinued it already.

I got my Cricut for Christmas and sadly, it’s still in the box. Liked your video. I was thinking of buying & trying out the vinyl from the DT. Except, don’t know what settings to use yet. Wish you went more into detail of the settings you used.

These are ok to use for med hand cutting projects.. it’s too flimsy to use on a regular basis and she said ’No tears’ because it will tear or rip easily

What kind of mat did you use when you were painting?

Just called my michaels and they aren’t doing it because they don’t have the “specific” boxes. Does anyone know if hobby lobby does them?

The Dollar Tree's transfer tape is not working for me AT All. I tried to use it with some Dollar Tree glitter vinyl and it just won't pick it up. I wonder if I got a bad batch because the tape didn't even want to stick back on the backing when I went to put it away.

How did you attach the key holder to the wall?

Can you use your stamps on the vinyl or would the ink smudge?

i tried the :Vinyl Paper permanent glitter paper" on all kinds of settings with my cricut and couldn't get any good cut. thank you

its good for a solid cut but what about testing it for a writing setting

You did just shapes. What about small letters and bigger stuff. I’m having hard time with both. The smaller letters cuts all way through other one don’t cut at all

rice paper setting with less pressure and deep cut blade works best for me

in my experience (using vinyl setting and regular pressure) with intricate lettering, the Dollar Tree vinyl would not stick to the Cricut Transfer Tape. I don't know what the issue is, but it just doesn't work for me. It's easy to weed because it's thin, but a nightmare to transfer. I also had tearing in my lettering, so good to know that lessening the pressure SHOULD help.

I’ve been doing some experimenting with Dollar tree vinyl as well. It definitely does better with larger, solid objects. The big downside I think is the vinyl barely sticks to its paper backing. I found weeding to be very difficult. I want to love it and will keep at it.

I would recommend using the Washi Sheet setting with Less pressure. I have a cricut maker and it worked great for me

I love using the dollar tree vinyl.

Washi is the only setting that works all the other settings gonna destroy the vinyl I’ve messed up so much

How do you keep it from sticking to the mat? Mine cuts it but the back sticks to the back

I couldn't find removable vinyl at my D.T would you recommend using transfer paper from D.T as a stencil to etch?

You will have problems with smaller images,it’s just rips through.Ask me how I know 2 rolls later

I find that the weeding is a nightmare with the dollar store vinyl if you are making large circles then fine but if you try anything more detail then nope weeding is no go. You get what you pay for in this product Dollar Tree fails in my book.

Is the green board a preferred board for this product. I used the blue board and could NOT get it to cut letters without it pulling away from the paper back as it was cutting. I used vinyl setting and mylar setting g for the glitter and it still cut with some of the letters pulling away

Hi! Thanks for the great video. I’m very new to Cricut and am having some issues. I either have a hard time getting the vinyl decal ONTO the transfer paper, or I have a hard time getting it off of it! Ugh, it must be based on materials, but which ones do you use?
