Could've made this into 30min or less video with edits and better scripts but this guy decided to just babble words unnecessarily just like any other PoE content creators. I think PoE content creators feel rewarded for creating very long videos? People are like "PoE has so much content that you need hours of learning blah blah" but it's because nobody has ever tried to summarize anything well and reference those information to cut down the time. They just decide to 'explain it' in the video without any edits, just like this guy is doing. For example, the Unit evaluations is freaking 30 min long. Just make a table and show demo. You could've played 2 hour worth of ToTA to get the footages you would need and shrink it down to 10 min or less. It almost feels like PoE players would never want the game to look 'simpler' or want any guides that makes PoE feel simple. For some reason

More content to explain what the game can't, that's what POE needed. The down votes are more than likely people who are annoyed that they had to watch a 2 hour video to understand a 3 month game gimmick, why GGG can't just explain anything is beyond me...... Worse than BGS at least there issues get fixed by the community ours just get exacerbated. Wouldn't hang on to this mechanic to much have a feeling it will be altered if it goes to core. Unless they think this trash league was actually worth a damn.....

Dont know if its outdated or not but im justat the beginning and i already strongly disagree 1) kahuturoa is super easy to beat even at the highest level. titanic shell is not a problem at all. They're slow as hell, easy to kite, can never touch you 2) rakiata / kiloava seems to be the hardest because proximity shield and traps 3) kahuturoa gets knocked out of the tournament round 2 by other tribes around 90% of the time. Annoying when you want to keep him, solely based on the fact that every screenshot of mirror drop out there comes from him

New League mechanics should be for everyone on budget builds, not fine-tuned for the upper end of the people. They scale rewards accordingly but excluding a vast majority of the player base from the selling feature of a new league is just a bad move on GGGs part. Everyone could delve when it came out, now you need a lot of tanks to even go below floor 300 unless you have TS level screen clear.

as someone who has done more than 200 hours of league mechanic and am losing one match out of 100 once in a while I would say a lot of what you say are generalizations that are not true since they are dependent on your own character. I am a deadeye glass cannon and I dont care about my defences since I evaporate everyone sitting still in my base while my flankers carry the siege. I think a lot of what you say about lineup is really dependent on your particular character.

I generally try not to get out of my way and techninally indirectly assume that something specially powerfull but not so expensive, generally is a cheaper generalist unit.. Kablam. Pass on league mechanics jupp

killing the enemies increases their time to respawn everytime you kill them... wouldnt say that it isnt useful

I'm casual, playing for fun only the leagues. Destress after work. Till now I thinked that archnemesis was the least favoured league by me, I played some, hated the mechanics and quit it. But this, this league mechanic made me furious. If someone else would watch me, he would probably think I'm mentally unstable. Even CS didn't triggered such emotions in me, and I both REALLY hate and love CS. I'm glad I quit it, both for my mental health and my pc.

What if you don't have skills that provide distractions, such as the summoning totems used in this video? I am running Righteous Fire at the moment, and it doesn't provide any strong crowd control/distraction opportunities. Should I slot in CC skills?

Very good video, but I would suggest not to put so much information on text. I personally watch most poe videos while playing some no brain farm strategy, but even it's being no brain I still will be looking way more to the game. And I believe that it is a very common thing

"the tattoos that you get form this mechanic sells really well" totally not to do with mechanic being only fun for the first 300 ranks(aka when you hit the you cant stun them/ they oneshot you stage) mechanic minions being useless on your team but being supreme lord commander on the enemy team mechanic not having proper respawn time / forfeit on release mechanic in general being dog shit resulting in almost noone playing tota i have 15 friends online and not a single one of them bothered to go past 400-600 rank cause unless you make a character specifically for this mechanic you cant get further i too had fun first few times and after getting oneshoted constantly and finding out you need to make a mechanic specific character that literally doesnt work in any other content i just said "yeah fuck that, this is standard with temporary economy"

well necromancers excels at this... easy defense and great distraction capabilities

I love the ToTA league. I just started doing it last night while just putting it off for some reason. I made a quick 100 chaos orbs. I know its not alot but that's just off of 2 championship wins at rating 150ish. At first, I failed miserably, but then I started going after the back totems, and It seemed like easy mode. Cause the enemies came for me while my flankers were just destroying totems and all I did was just kite. But it's fun and can't wait to dig deeper and see what else drops that I can sell for easy money. And im sure back capping will get alot harder as my rating increases it just working for me at the moment and also me being a necromancer and summoning a vaal skeletons just blows up everything.

Nice video! I really like it! But here are my critical points: - Speed You never talk about speed-farming tota. It seems like you overthink every composition and spend more time crafting the right time than fighting in the arena. It's good to understand everything. But when you put it into action you should consider going a bit faster and ignore some theoretical benefits on purpose. - Titanic Shell / (un)wanted damage If you do not want damage anywhere in your team, how can you kill a titanic shell? I think that damage IS good. I just wouldn't prioritise it too much. - Rewards You didn't mention anything that comes out of it. Could be interesting for people watching such videos. I'd love to hear your opinion on those points :)
