I think, if you want to enjoy a luxury holidays, quality locations, awesome ambiance, best quality food and pure relaxing luxury, it has to be Club Mahindra only. I am a member for last 5 years, never had any problems. You cannot compare your luxury and quality holidays always with money.

I too had a club Mahindra membership. I too paid approx above 5L for red studio membership. Initially my Annual fees were around 10000. Today in 2024 my Annual fees have gone to above 20000. And today i received an email saying that late fees of 200 plus gst per month will be charged. I regret taking this membership. You'll can all do the calculations whether its worth or not. Feel totally cheated by Club Mahindra.

Fraud. Whenever you book they will say property is full. They don't want their members to visit their property., they just want membership in laks.

IT IS FOOLISHNESS TO BE MEMBER OF CLUB MAHINDRA THEY CHARGE ANNIAL FEE AROUND 25000 per year too😂😂

Absolutely valid. I was fortunate by opting for the Zest membership which was for 3 years with no ASF.. Last year I spent 2 Ns in 3 resorts of Kerala - Munnar, Ashtamudi & Poovar, of which I booked one directly ( as I was WL , but got booking directly with compli breakfast). They are v good at Selling the concept to gullible members esp the 25 & 15 years membership. All in all, avoid getting conned. All that has been said in this video is just 100% true. Those who still praise the membership, do not want to admit that they have been conned. Have many friends who are now regretting their decision. The other major con, which has been missed out,is their incentiveising you for referrals ( other relatives & friends ) dual motives 1.Let me con others too ( & recover my cost with referral points ) 2. Easy to convince ,so that you can club together in future'. Also, there is good scope for negotiations DO NOT PART WITH THE TOKEN BOOKUNG AMOUNT, till you have everything in writing. Many times orally assured, ad a favour - but not implemented.

There are enough horror stories about Club Mahindra memberships to stay away from this scam.

But club mahindra mambers does not get free food, they only get rooms and food has to be paid

Cons: 1. After 10 or 20 years your ASF may be too high so that it may not be feasible to pay every year resulting in automatic withdrawal of your association with Club Mahindra.... 2. Cancellation of booking 8 to 14 days before holiday booked date results in half loss and before 7 days means total lapse of number of days while other booking Apps provide full refund if cancelled before 24 to 48 hours... 3. Check in time is 2 PM.....while other booking platforms provides Chech in time at 11 to 12 PM. Once we had to wait till 2 PM while we arrieved at Naldehra resort at 6 AM. 4. Many popular recipes not included in Ala Carta Menu in any resort... 5. In some resorts cost of bufet is too high but quality of non veg items is sub standard. 6. Lapse of our own accumulated days beyond 21 days is a forcefull imposition of their arbitrary rules...Why can't it be 28 or 35 days? 7. If we gift somebody some of our accumulated days they charge 3500 per head per resort which means we can't gift our days to our friends or relatives. As they have to pay such a big amount they can't feel it as a gift... 8. There is not even a single resort in the Eastern Region of the Country....Places like Puri, Similipal, Daringbadi and Koraput in Odisha, Sunderban, Kolkata, Digha etc in WB, Visakhapatnam in AP, Hyderabad in Telengana has huge potential... Pros: 1. Well maintained resorts 2. Well mannered and helping staff 3. Good quality breakfast, backery and dessert items and some vegitarian recipes 4. If u can utilise all the available days and book on the date of opening of booking and many resorts are within 5 to 7 hundred KM from your home you may really enjoy. 5. Membership fees and ASF are currently not too high compared to peak season charges by other equivalent resorts...I think red season membership is ideal.

Sir I wish to correct you that there are 700 reasons not to take membership at club mahindra

So true..they sell their rooms to non members and members need to book 2 months prior else occupancy will be full. Blue studio members will hardly be able to book any resort

In every business there are risk factors No one 100℅ ok So please leave it to customers And enjoy😂
