1st damn one. Right off the bat. The dude was being attacked by the dog, he surrendered. THEN I saw one of them sic the dog on him more AFTER it was flagrantly obvious that he'd been stopped. As he was trying to obey the officer's commands another cop hit him with his baton. Hard. For what? Why? I'd of gone to prison, not jail, if I saw that happen right in front of me. Coming from an experienced recovering addict, those 2 black dudes were probably telling the truth. I could tell both were on drugs and when your on drugs u lose all inhibitions and hang out with people u don't even know and bad shit eventually happens and u get dragged into it just for being there. They jumped out the damn car and held their hands up. Or maybe they knew him and didn't wanna snitch. Either way it's a terrible situation to be in. Say no to drugs people.
