I love this!

We don't learn enough about essek, and he always comes off as someone who was betrayed and hurt, by not just friends and family. He also comes off a little high functioning autistic. I weirdly identified with him over the main cast and was really happy when he was treated like a friend. Like I get being used for your usefulness, and then finding you have a connection. This friendship/relationship was so beautiful, even at its earliest stages. Essek could have been the big bad, but the m9 took the time to include him even when he push back, and this mirrors me and my closest friends and I love him. Essek is one of my favorite chars to date.

This is incredible, and the art is super pretty and detailed!

i spent the whole series cheering for Caleb to be happy. I think the ending we got was more beautiful than what i hoped for. It's bittersweet, but it's grounded. Trauma and guilt are powerful forces, and i think that Caleb and Essek just barely being able to cope and clawing tooth and nail to find forgiveness and purpose in the midst of their pain is both relatable and heartbreaking, but also inspiring.

Wow wow wow this is so good!! The first ambush on the boat with fjord teleporting around was incredibly well done, really got the intensity and the teleporting animation was awesome! Also a small detail but Avantika's rapier design was sick
