Maybe 😅 I am not an expert for Fashion Fever dolls, but all the blond ones I could find had the Mackie playline facemold... very similar face screening, but the Mackie face has a closed mouth. This girl here has the CEO face, which has an open smile. But I am sure that you are right with the timeframe since the screening has the same style 😉

Thank you 😊 I don't have a Glinda. But according to what I was able to find, people used mtm bodies in the yoga purple top range or the petite mtm Kristi Yamaguchi. That means, when it comes to Mengf, your choices would be white or pink white. The white is a bit more yellow and a bit darker than the pink white. Do you might have the purple hair Odile mermaid? She fits perfectly on the pink white, for example 😅

Sadly, I put my Girl Force doll in storage a long time ago 😅 I won't find her in a second, but I will at least search for a skintone match. Is the neckhole larger on the Girl Force heads, or is the inner shape different... or both? 😄 The newest Mengf bodies I got even came with 3 different neck pegs. Does one of them look similar to the Jakks Pacific Girl Force one? @@Endollphins Her neck hole is a tiny bit bigger than a Barbie's. And yes her neck peg is like a cone like what you showed in the video.

Then the beige skintone should be a match... but I will take my BMR Kira (or a hybrid with the body 😁) from the shelf and compare her in daylight with a beige body and take some pictures for Thursday or Friday 😉

Really? You must have gotten a real bad one 😱 I overall really liked them, but maybe because I truly love the original Mengf body 😅 For the fake one, I appreciate the material. The color is even, the plastic is not thin and even the parts that are made from a softer material do not feel or look bad. I mean, the finishing is not good! There is flashing in nearly every joint and one knee joint is a bit loose. That and also the weird neck joint is a bummer... but the rest... I can even remove the hands without adding heat. Never had that with another bootleg doll. But I think, when it comes to low-level fake items, you'll never know what you get... because quality will be inconsistent. It still is a copy of a legit item. I never saw a fake Nu Face body... beside the Xian Xian Princess one 😉 And I got a real bad one when I bought mine. But so many collectors are happy with them... so I am sure that there are better and less good variants out there. Maybe it's based on different batches 🤔 In case you have a link to the mentioned body, I would love to have it 😁

No, just a fake one from Aliexpress 😅 The quality is not as good as a silkstone head, but very comparable with the standard Barbie reproduction head... but the fakie head has a nicer screening, to be honest 😄

Do you mean the more Super Model style body? It's called Mengf (sometimes Meng Fan), that's how you can find it. Often, I use Google image search when I finally found something to be sure it is not just another bulk item... but with those items here, I didn't even think about that 🤣. Because I didn't expect that there is a whole website for these clothes 😅. But still, it is veeeery similar to all the Etsy shops that sell bulk made items at unfair prices. These pieces are overall well made, but they are made in large quantities and not worth the price range that a small business would have to charge... Hopefully, that makes sense ☺️ It's not trustworthy, in my opinion. When it comes to Etsy, I really REALLY hope they get their former identity back together! I am so annoyed by all of these dropshop sellers! I made my account back in 2011 and I rarely bought anything during the last 3 years. I was also going to say I suspect clear-lan: they used to sell doll clothes through their website and the clothes were high quality and seemed to actually be custom made (you had to order for the specific doll size in advance, eventually they ran out of stock of some popular items, & it took a looooong time to get the clothes). The listing photos are also from clear-lan and the packaging looks like what I remember the clear-lan clothes were packaged in…. Minus the ripped off label! This is such a mystery to me, I’m really curious what’s going on.

Hey, you already found it 😃 I didn't expect that they literally use the same pictures for the items that are listed on the website 🤣 At that point, I only tried to find it with the sticker residues 🫣 Very interesting! I mean, the site offers even more choices! That is surely part of the higher prices... but still, based on material and overall making, they still are a bit overpriced. They surely try to make them look like quality, low quantity made doll clothes... but those pieces are rather mass produced. Maybe the side is not successful enough and they decided to sell also through Aliexpress... not sure about the stickers. Weird choice to remove them that way 😅 But I guess, when you order through the website, you will at least get what you actually ordered 🤣 Etsy is another story... it was a great place to get doll stuff in the past. But not so much today. You will have to dig deep for finding original and good pieces. You are 100% right, most of the shops today are only facade... I agree with you. Honestly, I don't know why Defa Toys made that decision. A nicer playline doll series would have been more interesting 😄 But hey, it saves me at least some money when there is nothing new to buy 🤣 Barbie has the beautiest faces 😍 I just don't like the resin screening and I wish they would bring back good fashion packs. Like the ones for Puma or Roxy... I totally loved them!
