Finally a video that explains the logic behind the technique, so that once grasped, one can proceed without needing to refer back to incomprehensible steps to just copy with huge confusion. Thank you for dedicating the time to make this very very useful explanation, you have just made us better knitters and independent thinkers. ❤

When working with stranded knitting, what do you do if the pattern/color changes in the middle of the shifting of the four stitches (i.e. two stitches in color 1 and 2 stitches in color 2?) I love this method! Thanks!

Good work ! Everybody is knitting amazing items. And I didn't know about the Millennial Tower ! I'm not used to skyscrapers so, just thinking in living on the 50th floor ...!!! I'm trying to finish the blanket I'm knitting so that I can have it as a present for my grand-niece on January the 6th (it's the day we give gifts and presents to the children. The Magic Kings' day). When it's finished I'll post a photo in the Phrancko group in Ravelry. So, have a good week ! Os veo la semana que viene!

Hi Everyone! A lot of lovely knitting going on. You did a marvelous job with that pullover Will; the colour combination is perfect.

I have always done that when using double pointed straight needles to avoid ladders. Never thought of doing it with magic loops. Only wish the volume was higher.

Such a relief to have a sincere, practical tutorial without distractions in the background.

Hi again everyone! Enjoyed the meeting again. Had a laugh as usual. I am going to remember your advice Sumner when I am cooking and I come across an ingredient I am not too sure about ‘just ignore it!’😆 Love all the works in progress. Your socks (and your jumper) Will, the mittens and the v neck garter sweater and of course the beautiful owl! I have knit 2 ranunculus sweaters Cindy. One long sleeve and one short sleeve in cotton. Lovely pattern. I too have knitted in the incorrect size needles Phranko, you are definitely not the only one. (Have you checked before you go further on the other sleeve!?). Hope all works out for you both and for the precious Chikita. See you all again next week. Julie

Just watched the video (I've been busy this week). Wonderful cables these week. And the hoodie looks amazing. I really like it. I have too many different Phrancko sweaters in my mind to knit ! I'm finishing a baby blanket (a newborn has arrived in the family ) and then I'll be getting ready for the Phrancko sweater. What if you are working a cuff? With knit 2 purl 2?? Hope does that work out with a pattern? I now know it doesn’t keep the pattern, so, could you please figure out how to incorporate this into a cuff, please and let me know.

Would like to know doing the magic loop method on a folded rim hat. When you are ready to knit rim together. Will you continue this method or use another needle to knit together. I am using sz.1 40 inch cord circular. ❤

Love how you show exactly what you are doing,not keen when some videos I have watched start showing varied ways ,you brain takes in what is being taught so like how you only demonstrate what you are teaching no need to confuse brain memory,especially nearing senior age 🙀

Hi everyone, Enjoyed the meeting as always. Absolutely love Chikita (hope the spelling is correct). She looks so precious and those beautiful eyes, they remind me of my dog. When I look into her eyes and they stare back at me with so much love in them it is so wonderful. Enjoy her Phranko! Also, love your sweater. I am definitely going to purchase that book. Thank you Cindy for showing us. I have been searching online the last few days looking for just such a book and have ummed and aahed over a few of them but when I saw this one I just said ‘yes, that’s it, it’s just what I have been looking for’. Thank you all again for a great hour of relaxation, insight and good humour. Looking forward to seeing you all next week.

I too am just devastated. Just sick/ scared and to the point where I want to leave my own country! I'm seriously thinking about England or Canada. Not that I want to but, I just am furious and in disbelief. Thank you for your true feelings. I won't turn this amazing group into anything other than what it is ....beautiful people with awesome talent that I have come to look forward to every week. I with you, will take each day and pray. What else can we do. Let's knit our world better ! :-) hugs

Hi, friends.Thank you very much for your blessings and wishes. I really appreciate !! More than 200 people have died. Houses that have disappeared, streets full of mud, everything destroyed... Unbelievable !! Only time will be able to recover life. Talking about the meeting, let me say that Maggie's sweater looks wonderful. It fits nicely and it is so flattering. Congratulations. And about the Cowichan sweaters, I saw a video by Beth Brown-Reinsel about them. Very interesting. She has written another book called 'Knitting Ganseys' which is fascinating too.
