I want to know, is the warm up routine for workout is given in the book. Please reply
No, but he gives a few basic examples. Worth buying the book
Hi Sam glad to see your doing well mucca I am looking to re org my fitness and get my head back in the game while juggling recovery from a broken back, family life, full time work and a few other things will give this a bash and if its OK give you a sit rep of progress cheers
I train twice a day Sunday to Friday, so that’s give or take 12 hours a week. Cardio everyday sometimes twice, callisthenics 3/4 times a week, swimming once a week and strength once a week.
Cool story
@@josephr.buchan467 Cheers big shag
I’m assuming you don’t go super hard every workout session since your volume looks insane
@@lukasg9031 Never super hard no, always form over weight and reps, if I need to take it down a notch I will. Programs changed slightly now but it’s still two workouts a day Monday - Saturday.
I have bought the book and I have completed my first four week cycle of the Para Fit programme. I am using it to get in shape before applying for the Paras. In your book you mention that you need 5-10 cycles before you are fit enough to be considered of paratrooper standard. Would that be using the objective measures of sub 8 minute 1.5 mile run time and the 16km run times as outlined in the book etc? I'm aiming to get into top shape and look for a good pass in P company rather than just to scrape by. Many Thanks
Did it work for you? I'd love to hear your journey.
Randomly just saw your book in the book store and I am intrigued.
6 hours, all you need to be para fit? Wow! Call me skeptical but...🤔
Hi Sam, I have brought your book and trying to follow the plan ,as training for my 1st half and 2nd para10, I am unable to even complete one pull up as I have 0% upper body strength, what other exercises can I do to help get me to the stage of being able to complete 1 pull up ?
Australian pull ups, eccentric pull ups, jumping pull ups
