Jesus Christ is God ✝️
Hebrews 13:8-25 Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Do not be carried about with various and strange doctrines. For it is good that the heart be established by grace, not with foods which have not profited those who have been occupied with them. We have an altar from which those who serve the tabernacle have no right to eat. For the bodies of those animals, whose blood is brought into the sanctuary by the high priest for sin, are burned outside the camp. Therefore Jesus also, that He might sanctify the people with His own blood, suffered outside the gate. Therefore let us go forth to Him, outside the camp, bearing His reproach. For here we have no continuing city, but we seek the one to come. Therefore by Him let us continually offer the sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of our lips, giving thanks to His name. But do not forget to do good and to share, for with such sacrifices God is well pleased. Obey those who rule over you, and be submissive, for they watch out for your souls, as those who must give account. Let them do so with joy and not with grief, for that would be unprofitable for you. Pray for us; for we are confident that we have a good conscience, in all things desiring to live honorably. But I especially urge you to do this, that I may be restored to you the sooner. Now may the God of peace who brought up our Lord Jesus from the dead, that great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, make you complete in every good work to do His will, working in you what is well pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen. And I appeal to you, brethren, bear with the word of exhortation, for I have written to you in few words. Know that our brother Timothy has been set free, with whom I shall see you if he comes shortly. Greet all those who rule over you, and all the saints. Those from Italy greet you. Grace be with you all. Amen.
"christianity is polytheistic" possibly refers to the fact that historical evidence supports the god YHWH being part of the original caananite pantheon, including gods like El and Baal
YHWH is the first and the Last besides Him there is no God.
Repent and believe in the gospel the kingdom of God is at hand.
@ Historical evidence doesn't lie dude. Read a book other than the Bible
I went to school with a kid from Plymouth Brethren. Very strict, He was pulled out of religious lessons, assemblies and anything that involved TV.
Jesus is God
The flood event was definitely not local. Why would the Hawaiian people have a flood story, with Nu'u and his wife?
Very thorough
Using castlevania music for this video is a funny detail
Sola scripture does not mean that “the Bible is the only guidance on Christianity”, but that the Bible is the only infallible authority we have. 2 Timothy 3:16-17, 2 Peter 1: 20-21.
INRI on Jesus's cross written in hebrew abbreviates to YHWH (yod hey vav hey)
Been watching this video during my breaks at work and it's been very enjoyable, informative and relaxing. Great video!
1:06:01 this could also be a reference to the prophecy of Israel rejecting Jesus, making him the proper king as well as a member of Jechania's lineage who never takes the throne
finally a good binding of isaac lore video
Yeah this "histories agree Jesus existed!!". No they dont. Nice try godboy.
Interesting stuff!! But I mean it's all nonsense though lol.
St. Paul was the false prophet Jesus spoke of.
I'm kinda surprised that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints--or the Mormons as some know them--don't show up here, especially with the many mentions of groups that aren't considered as part of mainstream Christianity, such as the Gnostics and the Jehovah's Witnesses. Comparatively, they're way larger with a more numerous membership and can be more easily found in various countries around the world. The closest thing here that does somewhat tie into them was during your segment about the Lost Tribes of Israel, and how some believe that certain tribes migrated to the Americas. Their scripture, the Book of Mormon, does contain an account of a descendant of Manasseh living in Jerusalem at the time of the prophet Jeremiah who leaves with his family and travels on a ship towards what we know today as the American continents. Though granted, this was just one family and not the entire tribe of Manasseh. They even claim that Jesus visited that man's descendants in this land in His Resurrected form sometime after the 40-day ministry. I must admit, their beliefs are rather fascinating, even just for those of us interested in obscure Christian lore that isn't widely accepted. It certainly makes more sense than the Jehovah's Witnesses, at least.
Its pretty obvious this was compiled by a Christian, and not one learned on ancient cultures.
About far harbor i like the dlc its pretty good but the part where you go through dimas memories almost makes the entire dlc a pain in the ass its so annoying 😂
200 foreskins 😅 0:28
This "tier list" is structured like a regular list that you decided to call a tier list
5:15 most of them are actually analogous to heresies rather than actual belief.
Imagine worshipping fictional characters 🤣🤣
Jesus is a historical fact. Not believing he existed is more stupid than not believing Socrates existed. This is where atheists prove they’re a religion (more of a cult to be honest) just as much as any other religion. You’re not living up to your ‘rational’ way of living, my friend.
He isnt a historical fact like Socrates was... nice try @archiewall124
@sPaRtAnTYTY85 yeah gods aren't real
Spoilers: Genesis never happened. Therefore god isn't real.
Bible?
How is Anglicanism similar or different to Protestantism and Catholicism?

idk who these icebergs are more interesting for, a christian who grew up knowing these, or at least part of them, or someone like me who knows so little of christianity beyond the basics as i grew up with a completely different faith at home and today i follow a faith different from my family anyways (neither being christian). super cool video, i wish theravada buddhism was popular enough for these icebergs lol
Bible?

So btw Christ is not a last name people didn’t have those back then Christ means messiah
3:23 appreciate the shout out. Well done man. Solid. Will watch the rest
0:57 bro that pic of the pope looks so creepy
Sola scriptura usually means it's the ultimate authority, not really "only". Jesus was "begotten" in human form but was woth the father from the beginning. I'll stop there, not even 3 minutes in and already off the mark.
Demons and Satan are just as beautiful as they are evil, for they are fallen angels
No they can just pretend but when mask feels off they are ugly as hell and I have seen many
The water trinity thing is a Heresy and does not encapsulate the trinity.

Wait am i the only 1 who's never even had to defend billys family bec i just merced bullet right after telling him no and to get lost😂
Mashallah I am Muslim
The irony of the Catholic Church, the Protestant Church and the Orthodoxy Church is, while they may defer in certain traditions and teachings, they all believe the same false gospel… saved by works. “Repent of your sins to be saved” aka “obey the Law to be saved,” which is works of the Law, which only condemns. Another false teaching/gospel is “Works are evidence/proof of faith, so if you don’t have works, you don’t have faith,” which fundamentally contradicts God’s Word, as clearly seen in Romans 11:6 and Ephesians 2:8-9, as well as John 3:16-18, which is probably the most famous Bible passage, especially verse 16.
James 2:14-17 "What does it profit, my brethren, if someone says he has faith but does not have works? Can faith save him? If a brother or sister is naked and destitute of daily food, and one of you says to them, 'Depart in peace, be warmed and filled,' but you do not give them the things which are needed for the body, what does it profit? Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead."
You literally paraphrased a verse in James (therefore scripture) and then said that this idea contradicted scripture. How can scripture contradict itself?
@@SanctusPaulus1962 Refrain from quoting James until you understand it… you’re welcome.
@@SanctusPaulus1962 How do you quote James 2:14-17, and still get it wrong? You see a contradiction because you don’t understand James 2. Nothing I said contradicts James 2, and “works are evidence/proof of faith” is nowhere near what James 2 is talking about, nor is it implied or inferred whatsoever. Do you even know what the word “dead” means in the Greek? Clearly not. Start there, then come talk to me.
@@Nighhhts "You're not educated enough to understand it" is not a valid argument. I'd love to hear your protestant mental gymnastics of how that verse in James apparently does not actually mean what it clearly says... enlighten me.
no mention to the Josephus paragraph about Jesus being a forgery? didn't you hear about that???
This iceberg was absolutely MASSIVE...
Lowwwwwwww!!!!!!
59:08 definetly not a biased opinion
The claim that "Christianity is polytheistic" is more likely referring to the fact that throughout the Bible, pagan gods are shown to be real and shown to have power despite the fact that Yahweh is the most powerful god and only one worthy of worship. Even Satan himself is a real figure that people today can choose to worship as a god.
No, the claim that Christianity is polytheistic stems from misunderstandings about the nature of the trinity. Many people think that Christianity has three gods (the father, the son, and the holy spirit), when in reality, it's only one God, but three persons.
@@SanctusPaulus1962 I have heard this argument from Muslims so I suppose you're right. I am a devout Christian though and I don't believe in monotheism. I wouldn't necessarily consider myself a polytheist either though because I don't believe any other god is acceptable for worship. It's undeniable to me that other gods exist, but I believe in monolatry for the one true God alone.
@@brandonw.peebles4225 Where in the Bible does it show that the pagan gods have power? Genesis, Luke, 1 John, and 2 John are the only books I've completely read so I'm sure I missed some stories.
There is only one God, other depictions are deceptive acts of the devil and his angels. There was no one before creation. Except God, everything after is below and created for I AM alone.
@ Amen, brother.
56:09 this was NOT removed from the tanakh, I have a copy of the 1985 JPS translation and it's still in there, that's a common misconception among a lot of christians
Did all this video covered , big ball of nostalgia thank you 💙
1:26:58 Metatron is also believed by some to be a demon. Some think the Enneagram was created by a couple of guys after they tampered with spiritual forces and gained the knowledge from Metatron. One of the guys eventually debunked the theory and said they never tampered with anything spiritual, but that info is widely unknown. Many people including Christians nowadays steer away from the Enneagram because of its potential history with demons.
37:05 I heard from my theology teacher the ark was melted for gold, idk if it’s true, but thought I’d put that out there
6:43 there’s the biblical description, but also that given where he lived geographically it makes the most sense that he would have dark skin. He was middle eastern.
Except middle eastern people do not have dark skin. At best, their skin tone is tanned. Does Assad look black to you? Or the Ayatollah of Iran?
