We really liked the stylish town of Baden-Baden, Germany. It's an intriguing Spa town with great eateries and many stunning buildings. Well worth a visit.
Adam Camping was at Buhl, just south of Baden-Baden and had loads to offer, situated around a beautiful lake and with all the facilities you could need. It's a practical stopover just off the main Autobahn going south towards Switzerland, details www.campingplatz-adam.de
