That Hellebore will naturalize and spread for you. I've never fertilized mine, and they've done ok. We are in Southern VT. A Raccoon might be the culprit for getting your koi. We refer to them as trash pandas lol. They are super destructive and will eat anything. Love your pond!!! Happy belated bday!

Awesome video. So since finding your channel which has me inspired to garden and plant again, thank you for that! I have planted a lot of annuals around our place. And am very happy I planted an orchard! We have always wanted an orchard. 2 peach trees, 2 plum trees, 2 pear trees, 2 fig trees, and 2 granny apple trees. Ten trees to start total. I’m going to get cherry trees next. We purchased the trees from TyTy Nursery in Georgia. I’m working on a low cost privacy hedge now also. I haven’t ordered from proven winners yet but am looking at their candy corn spirea plants. The candy corn spirea looks gorgeous on their web site. The TyTy Nursery’s trees we purchased are already growing in just a few days and very healthy nice looking trees. But really Thank you for the inspiration your videos have really inspired me again.

Those are Cape Primrose,native of South Africa. They are so beautiful. In UK not hardy. My late Auntie had a tabletop or them in her bathroom where they thrived. Her bathroom had a big frosted glass window,so lots of light.

Thats a good initiative. We have a few of those book exchanges in my locality. Your local earth,that red clay soil looks fertile. By coincidence i was party to a bus conversation a week ago up in London and the other bus passenger,an american lady from Tennessee did say the climate there is similar to here in UK,not too hot or cold.
