Day one starts the day after your period ends. It's best to avoid fasting during your period, as your body needs nourishment. I heard about that and actually found an article discussing what you mentioned. Overall, the restaurant staff is usually very friendly and welcoming. However, this time the chef was different, which was a bit disappointing. It seems like the burger might not be consistent every time you visit.

Just brew it and start sipping. if you have oranges cut yourself a few slices and take a nice mouthful of the tea and swallow and of needed bite into the orange. It getw easier but I dont think I’ll ever get use to the bitter herbs in the teatox tea and I’ve been using herbs as medicine for a long time.

I have spoiled him!! He is a great child!!

I am not sure if they removed the almond skin before making the milk. However, your best bet is making it yourself with the Nutr Machine. Its' so easy and you will have fresh milk in 5 minutes. Make sure to look over my unboxing and review of the Nutr machine.

​@@themiscellaneousvegan5409 Thank you so much. I feel the same size. The two changes were how often I ate, and that I started eating a lot more garbanzo beans only. I'm still eating Sebi foods, with the exception of organic popcorn kernels that I cook myself and beyond meat.
