My grandma has one of these, and the thing dont turn on anymore. When you press the reset (red) button on the plug, it blinks and clicks, but then turns off and clicks again. What do you think is wrong with it?

I have one of these for my 300 gallon pond with koi and goldfish and it has done a great jobs. We’re in S Texas so it rarely freezes and the filter has run nonstop for about 10 years. My only gripe the filter needs a back flush every 7-10 days. It’s easy but a constant chore

How do we unclog those holes

I was going to drain mine and return it to Costco for a new one. My last pump got too much full sun and gave out. I cleaned the filter and several hrs later got the code again. I will try getting out the bubbles. I use a floating chlorine dispenser

Listen up,for all you people saying it takes forever to heat up,the solution to that, is to pour 5 gallons of hot water in for a boost,it went up 6 degrees instantly for me.

Awesome it worked but my question is once it reaches the heat that I wanted to stay at if I turn the pump off the green light for the status telling me that it’s heated goes off as well. Can I turn both of those off or do I have to have those on for it to maintain the heat?

I was given the tub second hand and almost sold it , but, I decided to give it a chance and do a lil research. I got the E02 error code a few times and your video helped immensely

My tub is on a slope. How much of the air intake need to be above the water?

Clean INSIDE the tube that the filter goes over, with a stick or something- not your pinky, like i did (although it worked, i don't want anyone to get hurt). Anyway, worked like a charm, and fixed the water flow error message

So if you keep the temp on lock thumbs means once the tub reaches 40 it won't loose that heat unless I unlock it right? Thanks in advance

I hit that button, no jets came on, but the red flame lookin buttons did. Hit that bottom button again to turn them off, and nothing. Any ideas plz?

, this barely scratches the surface of this error code. Yeah it’s a flow sensor code, what happens if you still get e02 after cleaning the filters, what if you get it with the filters off? What if you clean out the inlet outlet and jet pump outlet hoses and still get the error? You have to check the sensor, the flow sensors fail often. Order of operations should be, remove filters, if error persists, clean inlet outlet and jet pump outlet, if it still persists, remove the egg from the inflatable tub, remove the cover and inspect flow sensor, replace as needed

But...when you say "plug it here or there" in the beginning, shouldn't you show where on a close frame?

I agree! Iclean my filter every use. I just alternate between two filters, hosing one out and storing it for the next day. Mine is 3 1/2 years old and so easy to maintain with daily filter cleanings. When I’m not home I don’t have to change them daily bc I’m not using it and it stays clean. Thanks for your videos ;)

so a google search says this vid shows how to clean the sensor. it does not.. this does not fix my problem. cleaning a filter is basic shit. show me how to fix this beyond cleaning the filter ffs.

You would not believe how much disgusting gunk and hair I just pulled from my bathroom sink in about 1 minute!!! Also with my sink the stopper does not unscrew, you have to go under the sink and detach it. I did not even have to do that. It was easy to slip the drain weasel around the sides of the stopper. Love this little gadget!

Can you shoot water into all 3 of those connections on the pump? My heater stopped working after finding my kids ate eggs in the tub.

I am 28 days out of warranty. My bubbler does no work even after unplugging and resetting. My side walls have started to collapse. I called Bestway and after a 45 minute hold i was told to stick a hose in the bubbler to loosen any blockage. I cannot find where to stick the hose in for the bubbler. Help! I have emptied the tub. Thanks for your help

Yep it worked…i had a clean filter, but the bromine tablets were too packed in I guess..I rinsed the filter anyway and emptied the old bromine tablets..also ran the bubbler a minute..maybe it needed to burp? Anyway after trying five electrical plug ins to no avail, your video fixed it!

Mine also broken but I am struggling to measure the middle part and bought 3-4 different ones but they are not the same size as the damaged one. Can you advise pls?

Why would the GFCI cord keep tripping.
