Even if you make 10 dams more like this, still Pakistani people will not get cheap electricity, 90% of this electricity will be given to housing societies, DHA, Golf clubs, shopping malls, govt entities, bureaucrats, judges, army officials, the defence and corrupt politicians industries for free or at a reduced rate or be stolen. KPK is producing cheap 5 Rs per unit of electricity 10 times more than its requirements but still facing huge load shedding and paying bills of 55 RS per unit. same the case of AJK. All these dams are built at poor people's expense and land but the corrupt become billionaires first by taking commissions and then stealing electricity. After spending billions of dollars from the unlimited hard work of poor people, we are providing free water through this dam to the rice growers with millions of acres of land getting from Raj or generals through army rule. Most of this rice will be exported and the remaining will be sold at a jacked high rate to the common people. The agriculture-based GDP countries are the poorest in the world. The reason is that 2 acres of agricultural land will consume a lot of natural resources, pollute the land with insecticide and fertilizers, water logging, poor yield, very low employment, and poor rate of return. Instead, a small factory in the same area can uplift the life of the whole community by consuming low resources. Also, the agro-based countries have very poor literacy rates.

land suitable for lake, dams is poorly managed by government, water reservoir location should be connected to streams and rivers. like qas, nallah in villages and water purification plant should be planted near these locations.
