No to Henderson he will upset the momentum
Hendo does not fit our model. I honestly dont think we should sign him
Come on lad. You can't discuss the off-field issues of a young man finding his way and ignore the problems surrounding a fully grown man. Show a bit more integrity than the PGA. Not to even raise the issues surrounding Hendo an insult to any supporter who is a part of the LGBT community. It's a cop-out.
That’s garbage!
@@birtlee2078 The man was very vocal in his support for the LGBT community then stabs them in the back by taking money for the Saudi's who persecute said community with a vengence. It's far from garbage.
Good short term signing.but dont think will happen cos wages
An absolute no brainer IF it was possible.
Leeds, I think are the best football team in the league I have seen so far. They are fast and furious. We were lucky to get a point but we will take it.
I think the sides were pretty even. 1st half when leeds turned it on they looked really good but over 90mins i thought draw was a pretty fair result
seems like Meslier's mistake won Sunderland the world cup
These lads will get better !!!! The more they play together & get more experience it can only bear fruits later in the season
The United support can still not let it go !!! All the podcasts are all at it But that's football !!! shit happens & we should be used to something going wrong at any time We got the rub of the green this time !!! How many times have we not !!!!!!!
The keeper was looking at the ground as if to blame the pitch !!! He can't blame owt but himself !!!!
appalling lack of concentration .. nothing more.. nothing less
Bellingham has been excellent and improving all the time . He stood out v Leeds for us
If Sunderland don’t win it’s poor Should be 2 or 3 nil minimum Leeds are down to bare bones No Ampadu Dan James Solomon and Gruev Too much workload on Gnonto and Ramazani to perform Easy home win
Dear Daniel can play it down but every Leeds fan knows it's the second bite of the parachute cherry. The guest on WTF preview summed it up saying don't care how we play, we have to go up. Everything points to tense tight game, . We should target the keeper with a high-tempo press but RLB has already indicated he's aware of Leeds's strength on the break. We must be disciplined but we can't play like Southgates England if we take the lead. Surrendering the stranglehold we had against Derby is just asking to concede despite our good our defensive record is.
To early for me to give Neil the capacity, not against it in a couple of years. Luke O'nine for me.
Stop making excuses for Neil
Wilson reminds me of Ross..similar runs ..near post goals ..physicality to handle championship centre halfs..looking good..
Leeds fan here, think you are undervaluing Bellingham, using his name, age, performances so far and potential I’d say minimum £30m. Archie Gray went for £40m, there’s your benchmark 👍🏻.
I would take 1-0, but I would have Isidor getting three in three.
Sunderland 2-1 Leeds. Rigg to score
Brilliant interview. Brought back some great memories. 🔴⚪️
At the start of the season I was saying that Rigg should play over Jobe as I felt he had the higher Ceiling. Whilst I still think Rigg will have a better career, Jobs has improved so much. He's learning to use his frame and has impressed me so much this year. We've the youngest Midfield in the league, but you watch us play and you wouldn't think it true. As for Roberts, he clearly needs another player on his level to feed off and play quick passes, he's got a similar relationship with Rigg as he had with Amad
Connolly could be like Roberts, who also had some underwhelming loans finding the right place for him to re-energise him. give him a chance to prove himself. Finding himself without a club might be the kick in the pants he needs
I think that’s the hope from the Sunderland point of view. Feels like a massive move for Connolly - potentially the last chance to really make it at a club the size of Sunderland.
We don't have to look far from Sunderland to see players with potential throw it all away...step forward Sean thornton Connolly can work hard or he can piss it all away and end up at the likes of Crawley, up to him
Give Connelly a chance !!! Look at Roberts & Clark They were unknown quantities & turned it around He may find his calling !!!!
Think everybody was thinking the same about Speakman And it wasn't good !!! Now am eatin me words Everything seems to be goin in the right direction So far So good !!!!
Not all were thinking ill thoughts of. K Speakman ,some of us had total support and belief in his judgement 🤔
Chris Mephem Gr8 debut 🎉🎉🎉
Paddy was outstanding on Saturday he's on the up again !!!!!
ReggieJust knows exactly how to play in certain games He learnt from the Plymouth mistakes & although it was a pretty open game with he smoggies , the team played within themselves & Something special is happening 😮😮
KS obviously didn't totally believe in "the model" as they've tweaked it considerably this season, bringing in experienced heads.
Pritchard, Stewart, Evans, Batth, Winchester, Dack. We've signed experienced players. I think we had a shit season last year. Other than that been great.
'The model' is envied across the championship. Well done KS.
It's so nice to see ❤
Connolly, I’ve heard has a bad temperament and a bit of an attitude that upsets the changing room, hope RLB can control him otherwise he’s out the door and it’s the end for him, back to getting a 9 till 5 job that no talented footballer wants, its last chance saloon.
these are the times we bottle it , we did last year, disgraceful result.
2 grounds 35 miles apart one is in north yorks how can that be a derby no butterflies no sleepless nights when you play boro unlike when we play them 10 miles west of the SOL
Here’s my Sunderland / Boro combined 11 Dieng Ayling Rav Clarke Borges Hackney Morris Jones Conway Mcgree Latte lath Ye Boro win 3-0
Definitely not Derby
Very worried about lack of center halfs
Think Dan was lucky to get back in the side if Alese was not injred he wouldnt have been in the team Dan had a Mare last game poor he was.
we are falling to bits no positives guys
Let's not be so negative and keep the faith STID🤔👍
Browne must start this weekend
Isidore looks good get him up front
Never have sleepless nights when playing boro ever it’s to far south in Yorkshire to be a derby when we play mags guts turn over for weeks
Who's Jack Clarke? 0-4 to the lads
Unless we change our whole tactical set up I don't see how we lose against Plymouth.
Cause its Sunderland 😂
@@kev7552 I rest my case
Did you ask him if he is on commision when players are sold on?
46 x 3 = 138.
But there is a long whee to go.
What, you don't speaky the English down in Smoggieland?
I was against Mowbray's sacking. It was hasty and not without a hint of pettiness. What followed bore that out, but we now just might have the right man for the job. What an impact not seen since Keane and Stokoe. The players are clearly on board with his ideas and he's gained their confidence and trust in double quick time. The four victories do have the caveat of not being against the strongest opposition, the bookie's latest odds on final placings bear that out on three of them and Burnley was going through a chaotic week, but there's no denying we swept them away with very assured confidence. Very decent window, Brown could well be the bargain of the season. The lack of an experienced striker has to be seen as a failure and trying to placate us by describing a wide player as versatile enough to play through the middle doesn't fool anybody. Rigg to make the England U 21s before the season is out? Wouldn't bet against it.
KLD and Speakman only got the manager because he was last in the list. Very lucky from their point of view. He is very good and doing well until his upsets Speakman.
@@michaeltraynor4825 He wasn't the first choice no doubt, I'll take the luck. We have to hope the hierarchy has learned a few lessons.
There’s punching above your weight then there’s Jason puncheon. Sunderland are absolutely Jason puncheon right now. I still think they finish mid table and we beat them 21st
What’s a smoggy doing on here? Not got your own??
@@jarraandyftm yeah but Scott and dom are slacking at the minute like
What the hell are you smoking
He’s now ours
What a steal/deal for The Tractorboys 👌
This didn’t age well
As a Town fan, I would've been happy to pay the £25m... think he's brilliant. Word is you've accepted our £15m rising to £20m bid... which I think is brilliant business by us. If he gets 10+ goals and half a dozen assists or there abouts, he'll be worth double that in 12 months.
Clarke wants to play prem football under McKenna, the deal is as good as done
