He went Hollow Point Ward over Close Quarters because as Pocket it gives you weapon damage and spirit power in one item early. Gives amazing pressure if you get that and sustain in first few items

You not only helped me play pocket but you also helped me understand the these items better, I read all the items the otther day but i didnt really take the titme to understand them. Echo shard is an item I had to relook at once you explain it. Great video and subbed.

Damn! Taking down DeadDude and Inc is insane, I havent beaten them in lane yet, they are so oppressive. My jaw dropped when you got both of them. Maybe I need to pick up pocket instead of McGinnis.
This is why I appreciate the lane boost nerf, doing a huge misplay like that early on and getting a free lane reset that early makes 0 sense. People need to get punished if they make big mistakes like that.

What skill would you put mystic reverb on? ult or satchel?
it says reverb on 3 in the build
@@pepper19am But he also says to utilize itt while you are chasing and your 3 isnt a good chasing ability. the 1 would be the best as you can abuse the slow with each shot. I would Imbue the 1 honestly.

yo! thanks for checking out a game of mine! unfortunately i dont take pubs seriously on pocket most the time so im mostly just going for flashy clips or outplays and 50/50 winning or losing. nowhere near how i play in serious tourneys/games. once im able to get pocket in a scrim (never) id love to have you check it out 🙏
I'm glad you liked it, it's fun to look at games from other players, I could feel you weren't taking it too serious. I know how you feel about it getting banned in games / scrims I've had exactly 1 game on pocket in either lol. I'd be down to check out a replay from scrim (if you ever get one lol).

Wouldnt you say majestic is more core than warp? Since it functions so well with his kit? You become a jet fighter

Engaging fights or catching single targets off guard from miles away with Majestic Leap always seemed a must buy for me I am surprised its an optional for your build it's interesting 🤔🤔
I think my approach to pocket is different from most other players
The item falls off heavily later into the game when it's non-stop team fights. Only good to connect/initiate the fight, but after that the stats are useless. 3k for a movement active is not efficient later into the game. Would say its a good buy if ur stomping lane and got guardian alr, and want to help other lanes. But once you've done that job sell it for diff vitality item.
@@Recon1127 yeah I agree the stats are not holding up in the very late state of the game but you still get a good value out of it for like 20 mins if you are using it often. and even in the late game fights combined with warp stone+ ethereal shift+ Satchel you can get away from very bad positions. I guess it depends on the gameplay style of the player how much value you are getting from it at the end

extra spirit sucks because it falls off and there are just way better spirit items

One question, why no headshot booster?
I feel like hs booster isn't that good, the way lane fights pan out the damage is less impactful than other items because your probably only getting one proc maybe two if its a long fight and other items offer more than that I think, for poking it doesn't do much most of the time because it still suffers from fall off so I just find it to be awkward.

i’m so glad i discovered your build and channel when i started playing the game a few weeks ago. the movement build seems really inconsistent and i feel like it makes pocket’s already weak lategame even weaker. the eido build felt less resilient and less flexible to me, whereas focusing on lifesteal and cdr makes pocket a far more versatile character imo.
Have been playing the eido style movement build for a while now, gonna try this out. It seems to be better to survive longer in battles.

5:35 - How did he kill that Shiv? It doesn't seem like it was a shot kill
affliction can only kill shiv because of the delayed damage attribute of him. it's become lethal that way.
What items made your 3 have such a low cooldown?

There should be a video in the next few days where I talk about itemisation on pocket and what ones I consider, there's one on my channel currently but its slightly out of date and is unedited from my stream and doesn't cover every item so idk how good it is, but that video covers what I normally build for the most part.

As an ex-dota player i just absolutely cannot understand "ult holders" lol. people will literally wait 10minutes for a "perfect ult" (that never comes) and miss the value of 5-8 good ults that were avaialble every minute. I still remember a specific sand king player from almost 12 years ago..
i guarantee you the only reason eido didnt ult wraith in lane was for fun and he'd rather go for the solo kill. he 100% knows that ulting there is the right play, and he doesnt save his ult like that past laning phase
People do this in overwatch too! I think people don’t realise how often you can have your ult

@@RealOne697 I'd say viscous or paradox. viscous has to hit his skillshots in a way that lets ur team still do alot of damage/save someone at the right time. Paradox is an insane skillshot based hero, if u miss ur third spell/ultimate, ur gonna be in a lot of trouble ingame

Or maybe people will never change, in which case I can still be glad that I annoyed them. People who get annoyed about anything LGBT should be intentionally annoyed as much as possible.

Why does Pocket ult kill sometimes?
shiv can die to his ult due to his passive making him take some damage over time and i guess that damage then doesnt count as damage from pockets ult allowing it to be fatal or something like that. no idea how youd die as anyone else tho

These are high mmr matches, of course people are going to be trying hard and optimizing their resources to win the game. Dont worry, at your skill level, you arent likely to be matched against good opponents so you can feed in peace
