How have you found Slay the Spire so far? I think they did a great job of translating the video game to the tabletop.

Fateforge is absolutely fantastic. I have played through all the content, and it was hard to take breaks. Maybe one of the best app based game I have ever played. (with the exception of The Bad Karmas which is hands down the best) Weirdwood Manor was a huge disappointment. I really wanted to like this, but in solo and in multi-player, no fun was to be had. It's absurdly hard and unfair; you can't really establish a plan, as everything is constantly changing and is unpredictable. It's also fiddly as hell. I sold it off really quickly. Metrorunner is stupid fun in solo. It works really well. Multi-player is also solid. Its design of abstract cyberpunk might not be for everyone.

Super helpful tutorial thank you! Great little game I saw all the contents and the manual and thought I'd need 2 nights to learn but was easy to pick up in a single night this video and the setup really helped! Have you played the newer space version? If so how did you like it?

I think I'm gonna back the PnP version of Cursed Castle. Other than that, nothing that interests me (fortunately!). I checked out Monster Kill as I loved some of the designer's previous games (Island alone and Space alone) but I think it's too complicated for me.

Backed "20 strong" and "deep regrets", now I need to lay low for a while haha. Did you check the solo playthrough of deep regrets? I'm not so sure what to think of it, I'm gonna think whether to keep my pledge or not. I loved the way Tom showed it but I don't know if the solo mode itself is worth me buying the game. From this week, I'm interested in Rise of Babel (I liked Radho's playthrough), Cavern Shuffle (wish there was a PnP option!) and Prestige.

Is it me or is it a bit umm ugly.

Hi there! You played this almost perfectly! Your Forbidden Technique into Unleashed Potential into a 6 Card Inferno was amazing! One minor note, when the Area limit is exceeded to top card in the AREA is revealed and effects all players. Not the top card of Stamina. Great job, I hope to see you take on the Eater of Children next!

Really interested in Deep Regrets, wish there was a solo mode playthrough, although I believe it should be coming out soon? Since it's pretty much sure I'll back 20 strong Tanglewoods, I'll decide whether to also back Deep Regrets or not based on the solo playthrough.

Hey!! Thanks so much for the Deep Regrets shout out, very kind of you! It is VERY Pokemon, actually! I was heavily inspired by Dorf Romantik when designing the solo mode. FYI, I'm adding an AU fulfilment center so those costs for shipping will come WAY down in the next day or two, stay tuned!

It's probably not going to get funded, although there are still 30 days left, judging from the way it progresses; Fantasy Adventure Game Light and Darkness on Gamefound does seem interesting.

Hi there! Game designer here. Thanks so much for playing! You got almost everything correct! Three small things: -Crits send the Strength card right to wounds -You can’t target empty areas -The enemy flips to its injured side the first time damage is dealt and there are no cards in Stamina or Fatigue. (This is very important) I hope you do more playthroughs!

Effortless I played at DTW and it was SO SMART and streamlined I backed it!

Just be aware off Skytear Horde They have said they have fullfilled their last campaign, they havent, they lied. They said they have fullfilled all orders from site for left over stock, they havent, they lied. The latest project on gamefound is not even going to retail. Support and back the mess or not, your choice, just giving a heads up.

I was really interested in Unstoppable but the price of the game + shipping + VAT makes it really expensive, so I'll wait for it to go to retail.

Hey I am the solo designer of TTW! I can confirm the solo mode is not BYOS--it has a strict win/lose conditions! You either meet the conditions on your difficulty card in time (run by the simple AI) OR you lose.

Hi, the designer of Rise of the Wastelands speaking 📢. I'm really happy that you liked the game 🙂. The solo variant is fully finished and tested, but unfortunately we didn't have time to add it to the rulebook yet. We are a 2-person team and currently we are quite busy with the campaign, so we are putting our efforts in other parts of the project right now. But in a nutshell, you can add 1 or 2 'automatic' players that will perform a reduced set of actions, which will be dictated by a deck of cards (you can also add those 'automatic' players even if you play with more people). It is way simpler than the Automa players from Scythe or Tapestry, but they can be quite challenging (there will be 3 levels of difficulty). In the coming days we will do an update in the Kickstarter campaign to explain in more detail how the solo mode works, so stay tuned!

Cormac was an easy back for me. A very promising and in many ways unique game by fantastic creators. Rove is really interesting but somehow I am not entirely convinced. So far I can't pin down why exactly it just hasn't fully clicked yet. Unstoppable is a must back. I am an absolute John D. Clair junky.
