I wanna clarify that you picked up the wrong painting, it is in fact a process of elimenation, you gotta look for a wet blue painting. Also nothing bad happens when you kiss lyne, it would feel like your kissing a hot glass coffee plate but wouldnt hurt you, lyne however does have a goofy look after words. You could have given joel his teddy bear "fuzzy" and he would have joined your party after you defeated his mom (Even tho hes a weakest, hes better to have then nothing). You also had the army guy figure, so you could have spared ben aswell, you could have a playdate with him (and by making the right choices) he would given you some really OP items, one of which is best given to hellen to make her even more powerful

4 normals, 1 joke, and a special ending requiring either all 4 normals or the joke ending. So 6. Sounds like this has more New Game + endings. With perhaps simpler unlocking conditions.

Pro tip: there are things known as "door events" when your at home doing stuff, it can be traders or something else, so i would recommned checking your front door for things like that P.S: no hostile enemys shows up at your door in this vereion of the game so don't worry.

Silent Hill downpour is %100 my favourite probably because it's the only one i actually finished lol but i definitely recommend it even if you dont upload it just try it for yourself

I had this game on ps1 when i was like 13-14 i remember i could not beat the big guy in the desert area . So its good to finally see how this game concludes ❤

The original was just red hooded. It wasn’t literally just pyramid head in the picture. Pretty sure the other pictures didn’t have literally James’s enemies on them either. Future games making different red heads would have made so much more sense than just reusing pyramid head.

The detail into the streets where we see boarded up shops, restaurants and homes remind me of East Hastings Vancouver. I wonder if the game developers took a field trip to a few cities with the highest crime and drug smuggling rate and used Detroit and Baltimore as references.

Just a suggestion for the next game to check out. Have you tried Signalis? That game is great at atmosphere and tension.

This game reminds me of the early 2000s cgi show called Reboot which gave me nightmares and i feel like im on drugs because of the uncanny model and environment design.

First time coming across ur channel and I’m gonna sub. This game looks like the game I played at my auntie’s house who is now passed away. I’m pretty sure it was the same game but it was much darker in my head as I try to remember. Really nostalgic 😼

I think Homecoming was the nail in the final coffin for this franchise. I heard it sold poorly because the US game developers took over Silent Hill after Silent Hill 4. I wished they called it something else instead of slapping "Silent Hill" on the project. From the list of tropes we had in this franchise, we had: 1. Guy Looks for his Daughter 2. Guy Looks for his Wife 3. Girl seeks Revenge for the Death of her Dad who was the MC in Game 1 4. Guy quarrantined by supernatural forces and had to whip a villain to death with their own umbilical cord 5. Guy incarcerated for killing a cop and is forced to be punished in a nearby town 6. Trucker Guy ironically starts the series of Game 1 by helping an apparition 6. Guy Looks for his Brother I'm still waiting for the next trope; Struggling Real Estate Agent selling houses in Silent Hill due to tenants disappearing.

remember playing this one on the n64 as a youngin, couldn't get past the second or third level. Good luck getting through it lol

Yeah, Dragon Quest was the big JRPG over there in Japan; DQ III especially was massive, and a wave of similar games followed in its wake, most of which stayed in Japan back in the 80s/90s. As I'm sure you know, FF 7 was the big breakthrough title for the genre in the West; I still remember all the ads and the buzz around it. It really was a one-time event (whatever you may think of the game itself).
