Such good information. My daughter started taking her ECE thinking she would bridge to university and then teachers college. This is great information! I happen to have a relatively high gpa…so I hope that still does give an edge on top of a well written personal statement and letters. My experience was in ABA as a behavior technician for a little shy of 2 years but I had to leave last year to focus on school… so I’m gonna try and pick up an internship over the summer. Hopefully that’ll also help :)

Canada allows social workers to perform psychotherapy, which is way above their pay grade. I’ve never met a social worker yet who was competent enough to counsel people.

Not gonna lie, this is really helpful for personal statements in general, even those that are not MSW. Thank you

This video provides false information. Most MSW programs do not have a 4% acceptance rate. I am in the MSW program at UC Berkeley, which has an acceptance rate of 31%, which is closer to the average.
