Thank you for sharing this video. I'm not sure why you'd consider that cycling "ruined" you though. That has a negative connotation and from everything you shared here, I'd venture to say it actually SAVED you. You lost weight, are very fit and this clearly played a part in your cancer battle. In addition, think of how happy it makes you to go riding, even if just with friends to have a coffee at the same time as investing in your physical & mental health - win/win. Lockdown was tough for many. I went through a hotel quarantine stay for 10 days that impacted my mental health (I didn't know it at the time). Cycling has made and continues to play a huge part in my mental health & well-being. This is good for not only myself but my wife and kids who benefit from living with a happier & healthier husband & dad.
