Aw yeah this reminds me of some old school stuff from like a decade plus ago now....the Old man And the tree or whatecer its called. SOrry not a good memory anymore cause since those days I have gone deaf...and while I'm thankful I can hear anything hear it truly is just a fragment of range that it used to be. I barely understand any layers of pitch and tone in the instruments and voices...no clarity...just quietness and thinness really hard to explain. anyways good stuff just wish I had heard this back when it came out years ago instead haha.

Awesome album. A bit similar to older Opeth, yet still very much its own thing. Great dynamics and high musicianship. These guys deserve to be really big.

As one of the biggest Wilderun fans youll ever meet who drove 11 hours to my first time seeing them BECAUSE of the song The Garden of Fire, who has seeked advice in orchestration from Wayne himself that's helped me immensely, who has both Sleep at the Edge and Veil in his top 10, the little reference to Garden warmed my heart IMMENSELY. As does your similar use of dramatic sudden key shifts they employ and I (attempt to) employ in my own silly shit. Also THIS ALBUM IS AN UTTERLY BRILLIANT WORK OF ART <3 You folks should be very proud of yourselves. Yes you VERY clearly wear your other influences in the list on your sleeve and I can hear many of them but thats fine cos the execution is so solid. Im so sad Im American and you're French because Jesus Christ would I love to see yall live.

Man TH-cam recs has been killing it for me the last couple days between y'all and another band I found called Nospūn, I just listened to this after Embryo and they're both absolutely fantastic albums. Absolutely beautiful vocals, all of the blues influences REALLY carry this in such a wonderful way... And is it just my imagination or am I feeling some like, 1990's Uematsu influence in the composition? You're givin' me some retro JRPG vibes in places. I mean, Uematsu loves his prog rock so you might just be sharing influences there lol. And you just HAD to get me with that violin, GODS, violin in metal killed me when I first heard Blind Guardian at like 13 and it still kills me today lmao. Fantastic work, absolutely wishing success for you.

This is just astonishingly brilliant, I LOVE this! If you ever do a whole playthrough of the album (or have done all the videos) I would INSTANTLY buy a live DVD. 20€? 50€? 100€? Don´t care! This man, this band, need to be supported! They are simply TOO GOOD not to be! :) I´ll be off frogging to this now. Quack. 🐸 P.S. This man may be a "decent" drummer, but his "drummer-faces" are on top of the drumming game for sure!

Altesia, the Best !

I was one of the Roadies yesterday and I fell in love with this band! Remedial sentence and Liar's Oath were my favorites, unfortunately bought the wrong CD, but oh well, it still has some amazing songs, especially Amidst the Smoke. Good luck in Portugal guys !
