Does anyone know any mod that is for 60 fps for FNV? I've searched everywhere and no favorable results, my PC is powerful but the game already has FPS problems, does anyone know about a good mod to have it at a stable 60 FPS? I already know that Discord is there but I'm too lazy to update it (I don't use Discord much XD)

So how do you get NV to utilize your GPU? It gives me stutters and low fps in some areas and I see the GPU usage is less than 50% most times.
