People calling this unauthentic pho is wrong! As a Vietnamese person, you can eat your pho how you like! Sriracha with hoisin sauce with herbs or no herbs and no sauce! Also Each region of Vietnamese eats pho differently! Don’t listen to the ignorant comments about what real or authentic pho is! Mostly southern Vietnamese people eat pho with herbs and sauces.
