I feel like the why not mv is the pass. Think about it. The members were barely together in the mv, only some members were together. Even haseul’s plabe falling. It just makes so much sense.

Whenever I watch a loona mv analysis it's always in the context of looking for clues, and that's fun and all but... their mv's are just so flipping cinematic! Idk if this is your last "outside the loonaverse" video but I really appreciated your insight and I hope you can continue making cool videos like this one!

Um I'm new to Loona and is watching every mv Idk anything about the loonaverse but on star which people are saying is the end u go to there yt page and it has ' star' it says ' Loona has announced the starry festival' so like the rv festival it will have more parts.

i hate it when people say that the loonaverse ended after jaden jeong left, it's obviously still going strong and this whole video is giving me chills man

If I may, I dont understand why some people do not seem to understand what So What means as far as the Loonaverse is concerned. Here, the girls are "burning themselves". After coming together in "Hi High" and "recruiting" or inspiring many Loonas in the world in "Butterfly" begin to create their own world by not accepting the fate of the moon. So, yeah, I believe other comments are correct, with Butterfly as a sort of bridge between parts 1 and 2, "So What" begins part 2 when they begin to construct what they are meant or what they wanted to do, to create a world where we are free from the things that the old universe assigns to us. Yes, BBC may have toned down on the Lore but it continues. Honsstly, I find it odd that theory making seemed to have stopped after "Hi High" or to a certain extent, after "Butterfly".(I do not find any playlist that continue their MV analyses until "Why Not". They usually end at "Hi High") But with "New Moon" coming, I hope that MV analysis makers have to update their playlists and add new videos (because I love those videos, and am excited for more). So, yeah, what I think Im trying to say is I'm thankful for this video as it extends the lore explanation until "So What". (To add, I believe some of the mistakes in theory making is the notion that Ohye killed Vivi, and the emphasis on Ohye's "resentment" of other yyxy members. Egoist was about Ohye's journey towards loving herself fully and redirecting her anger from self-hate to hatred of "Eden". That is why in a short teaser-like video released after love4eva, we see Ohye finally learning to love herself and finding out that she is one with the other girls. Leading up to "Hi High" where she takes the jump after being summoned by the OEC, and with Yves waiting for her to do so. Once that is cleared, Ohye's burning of the old moon in "So What" would perfectly make sense. It is not an act of anger against any of the other girls. It is the final act she had to make to create a new world with Loona. And in the final scene, we see a bird's feather being unburnt. From fire will arise something new like a Phoenix. Which, brings us again to the "New Moon" comeback, where I believe Haseul will be important.)

I have a question. If Loonaverse was created by Jaden Jeong and he left the company , then Loonaverse is over right ? Or am I missing something ?

She is already separated and waiting. Next time, Loona will have to make their way through the loop without her. Hyunjin will be in OEC and 11 members will have to find each other. One by one members will disappear outside the loop and reunite

I’m so glad Lee Sooman is making an SM universe bc he’s basically the one making sure that Loona still exists and he’s very interested in stuff like that, and this is just further confirmation that he wants to keep the Loonaverse alive.

Your favorite verse reminds me of hi high and the xx teasers as well, especially when ViVi sang “So close to perfect, it hurts to throw it away” because that’s what they have been doing ever since debut. Btw this is an excellent analysis and I can’t wait for loona to release more content and more of your analysis, keep up the amazing work!

Some symbolism I noticed in their costumes for this song and Voice. Common themes around diversity/individuality and unity/homogeneity. - Voice stage outfits: their bottom halves are identical - the same pant and the same colour. This represents one half/one galaxy where they’re all United as one. Their top halves are all different - different styles and colours and patterns. This represents their other half, how unique they are. - Star, pale pink outfits: someone else pointed out how a lot of members outfits are the same/similar to their debut/solo outfits (e.g., Eve). These outfits reflect the light of the coloured ring above them. Even though it looks pink, I think it’s more of an off white. White reflects all colours of light, so white is like the absence of colours. Before meeting each other and being united, they didn’t have the other colours by them. - Star, sparkly black outfits: the sparkles are like stars around in/on them. The stars represents us as orbits. “We are Loona”
