Hey man I used a regular house wash mix, which is sodium hypochlorite (pool essentials brand from Walmart) 10% ran through my downstream injector, which usually gives me a 1% mix. Many people have horror stories on blue houses, so always do a spot test on a small area before applying to the entire home. Let me know if you need help with anything else!

Haha love your explanation on your experience. When I first got the liquidator I was really excited cause it was the 1st professional squeegee I purchased. I was getting streaks all over the place so ended up going back to my $15 Lowe’s squeegee. Now that I use my current squeegee the Ettore brass channel, it works like a dream in all settings. There are some times I use the liquidator like if I need to get a high window on the inside and not have to worry about detailing a whole lot. I appreciate you watching the videos man!

Yeah I’ve heard that as well about stained doors. This one isn’t stained so it doesn’t have any negative effects on it. Las awesome is definitely awesome! I use it on almost every job.

I have 200 ft of high pressure hose and 100 ft of garden hose

Hey thanks for the comment! Yes the 2nd one was stucco, didn’t have much growth on it just some dust and sand. I do add my surfactant straight to my SH tank but since it’s only a 15 gallon tank I usually run through it every few days

@@lukeraglin just finished building a metal one, eventually it will be an aluminum but home made as well. They aren’t that hard to build.

Hey man I appreciate your comment. Honestly a lot of my best jobs have come from door to door and ranking high on Google. This job came from door to door and posting before/afters of a well known local restaurant on my Google page brings awareness to my company when people are searching for a pressure washing and window cleaning company. Going door to door in middle to upper class neighborhoods is what I would do cause it’s worked for me. You’ll get a bunch of no’s at first but there’s a yes waiting for you at the next door. You have a perfect washer setup to do almost any residential job and even commercial so just put yourself out there

Definitely something in the works as well as a soft wash system, just trying to find one that’ll fit well in the truck

​@@lukeraglin try to eventually shift over to a gear drive pump on that engine. I don't remember which predator comes with the 4.2GPM unit, but you may even be able to gear drive a 5.5 or something. Of course, that requires disassembly of that unit, so it may be better to just get a 670cc from HF.

@@lukeraglin good plan man. Personally love the iGX800 because it has an optional 26amp charging system, so it will keep your battery charged if you use a 12v softwash pump, hot box, or a pumped Waterfed pole system. Avoids having to use a battery isolator from the trucks alternator.

There’s a chart that you get when you buy the x jet that helps you understand the percentage. They also have a batch mix calculator online

Not the 0000 steel wool. If you get the 000 or 00 or 0, then yes that will. The 0000 is built for window cleaning

@@lukeraglin good to know, we normally use a scrapper tool that has a plastic blade one side and a metal the other, which works fine for small sections but is a pain when there is stuff all over a large pain.

I pre wet the plants always, then while the chemical is dwelling on the home wet the plants again. I’ve never had an issue killing any plants doing a house wash

I usually just take the tube out of the x jet nozzle. That way I don’t have to pull around a bucket when I rinse, only when I soak the house in SH

It’s a pretty popular service in every country I’d say. Some are less popular than others but I agree it definitely is a really niche service that not everyone wants or needs
