Hi Guys, Welcome to my channel. This a short and sweet intro to my channel and myself. Looking forward to sharing my journey with you. #weightloss #Gastricsleeve #Bariatricsurgery #Myjourney #Health #WLS #VSG
So even with surgery you didn't lose the weight??
Beautiful wedding ❤❤
Kia Ora.. I'm soo glad I found you. There's bugger all content about optifast, and I can relate soo much more to your journey as you are a fellow NZer.If you dont mind me asking, how much did you lose during your 4 weeks on optifast? I'm looking in to it for weightloss, I am currently saving for surgery if I can, but want to try my hardest to loose alot by myself.
Thanks for your kind comment Tamati! Glad you find my videos helpful. With our current lockdown I am trying to make more videos. I was 130kg at my initial surgical consultation and then 118kg on the date of my surgery. Good luck on your journey! 👍🏾

Hi Payal, just started following your journey. Just wondering which gym you joined? And what were you eating during pre-op diet? Thanks for making these videos so helpful 🙂
Hi there, I was eating mostly proteins and vegetables. Had limited carbs to a minimum and when I did eat it I chose to stick to brown rice and brown bread. Another thing that helped was cutting out take away altogether. It's difficult but really helps in the long run. I found sticking to a timetable the most beneficial. All these things helped keep me on track.
They also have a caramel flavour which I love!!!
