Very positive review! I've added the Max 9 to my EDC inventory and immediately upgraded the trigger and guide rod from Galloway Precision! A very night and day difference! Especially with the holosun 407k, its become one of my favorite range toys.

Canik buy it once use it & throw it away when you need a part ,,, unless your a big name TH-camr your not getting any support or satisfaction ,, yeah they give you something in the box but that’s it Lets face it most of new guns are made out polymer “ plastic “ so polymer plastic wears of use & it will crack if it gets hit hard enough ,, slides & frames get hit first from out side I had damaged my slide unfortunately,,contacted Canik for replacement slide they no they have no replacement part ,,, so it’s buy once use once & than throw it away when need a part ….. by by Canik

I just bought Ruger max 9 for $369 at Cabela’s 4/2/24

I got one of these brand new just under 2 months ago, so far I already have put a holosun 407K Green Dot and installed the entire Apex enhancement trigger kit with sear and Striker spring, and OMG did I fall in love with this gun haha. I'm already 12 boxes through it (600 rds), absolutely no jams, and after zeroing the dot in, this thing Snipes well past 30 yards. I can't believe I could be so accurate at that kind of distance with a 3-inch barreled handgun haha. I don't think I'll ever change my EDC again. Springfield Hellcat OSP FTW! 🙂 Also for my holster and defensive ammo choices, I went with the Alien Gear shape-shift 4.0 which I absolutely love, and I always carry with Federal Premium HST 124g +P which is perfect for a handgun with such a short barrel.

All this trigger bitching. Sportsman had s sale last weekend $329..MSRP $499. At the rsnge yesterday 90% of shots on target from 10 yards. Trigger is almost the same as my Glock 27 40 cal. I put 100 rounds of Fiocci 124 through it, zero issues. Quit griping about a sub $500 compact. Get in some more trigger time, better ammo, it will work itself out😂
