Just beacause its realistic and pretty doesnt mean its not derivative, boring, and devoid of intellectual meaning. Your art is valid as much as theirs. There can be different kinds of art, as a professional artist(id more likely call you a craftsman ) you should know and respect that. It just means that many less people are doing the same thing you're doing, and when your work isnt all that original, you should count your blessings.
