hi I I got this machine but it won’t work it never worked. I was going to clean it for first use but no water would come out.

Ik had al foto genomen en was me opgevallen. Machine doet het weer perfect maar lekken in het opvangbakje doet de machine nog steeds. Ik las bij een andere reactie dat de perforate schijf niet goed zou passen en dat dit met een beetje schuren van de randen met fijn schuurpapier stukken beter zit en niet meer lekt. Dat ga ik nog een keer proberen, wordt vervolgd

Thanks to your video, I was able to access the actuator switch and come up with a way to get the max cup size to work again. I was gradually having to press harder and harder to get it to work. While I don't have this exact model, it helped me to get into my machine. Arigato gozaimasu.

Great video. However I've not managed to get the part at 11:10 loose yet. Any hints? (Will skip it for now and hope it's not the cause of the water leak.

Hi there, Hoping you can direct me. I live in a really soft water area, never any problems with limescale. I have the four button version of this in excellent condition and well looked after, but old. I came to use it today (it gets used every day or every other day) and managed one perfect latte. The second latte, immediately afterward, resulted in about two or three pumps of hot foamy milk followed by a sudden stuttering of the milk outlet and then the machine continued to run the foam milk cycle to the end but kept gaving me occasional bursts of hot clear water down the pipe and a couple of belches of steam. I've stripped the milk hopper head and it's squeaky clean anyway but now had an extra clean of every part inside it. Nothing has changed. The latte/cappucino lights come on at temperature and the appropriate light flashes during the course of the foam milk cycle and nothing indicates an interruption or failure, even the sounds the machine makes seem entirely normal - just a negligible jet of milk foam followed by weak bursts of hot water and steam. Coffee dispenses perfectly in this drink program or shot-only. The water tank is full. Can anyone give me a clue to where I should be looking for fixing this? Is there a pump to the milk frother that has started to break down? Appreciate the input, please.

Great video. Unfortunately I had the Lattissima Pro which I broke down and cleaned 99%. The power connecting cable does not come off like this so after all my efforts, I could not power back up my machine and I can't find another board. So disappointing.

Mine has the orange descaling think lit on, but the rest stays off after I start the machine. Is it a specific error for something in particular ?

I have a big problem with my milk froth, i change it, i cleaned the machine and all stuffs nothing work, can you please help me (i didn't change the pipe maybe it is the problem)

Same coupler is cracked on mine, looks like I need to remove that whole assembly from the machine to get the black plastic cover around the thermo unit off and replace the coupler? Thanks for your videos!

Mine doesn't seem to pump water. Makes a noise like it wants to start 3 times but barely any water gets sucked through. All the pipes are clean and not blocked. Any ideas?

Fantastic video my machine wouldn't work this morning and using this as a guide I found the pipe to the brewer head was completely clogged with scale in the machine end, now reassembled and works like a charm

Ho smontato la mia gran lattissima , ho pulito e sostituito l'oring nel vano dove si mette la capsula . Ho scollegato solo il connettore dalla scheda che è uguale a questa del video . Ho rimontato ma non da segni di vita . C'è qualche accorgimento o reset che mi potete consigliare ? Grazie

Maybe of help to others. Our machine had significant leakage into the pod collector tray. I bought a new replacement (Pod unit - not sure of it's name). the new genuine unit also leaked. Being converse in removing this unit I did some checks to see exactly where it leaked from & ascertained that it was the front of the pod not the back & it was after going through the pod. Not being one to ever concede defeat I again removed the unit & on close inspection I found that both the new & the old had poor moldings of the round perforater disk (this is easily popped out with a small screwdriver), the poor molded edge was minimal but meant that the perforater disk did NOT seal properly to the non pod side, there was enough space to allow it to significantly leak into the tray. I removed it, carefully smoothed it with wet & dry (1200 grade) & resembled it. It does NOT need any sealer paste as shown in this video & it is now absolutely perfect, not a drop leaks! It was in fact leaking around 20% previously, chocolate pods were pretty much unusable. Certain pod brands also accentuate any leakage.

I have the problem that there is almost no foam from the milk. I don't know if the milk is at fault or the frother is clogged somehow.

Excellent video. After nearly 6 years of faithful service, I finally gave my machine a full teardown and clean thanks to this video! The machine runs so much better, it was full of dried coffee at the front spout area, in addition to scale in the internal pipes.
