2017 Ford Raptor with Engine Fluctuation. This happened when the engine is in idle and in Park. Any ideas on what this could be?

Can you adjust the spring control so it doesn’t leak as bad?
No since this uses a combination of mechanical parts with the electronic OEM control. This video does not show a leak. Only happens on start up on cold starts. The Normal operation is to purge the inter cooler. That is what you are hearing. After 10 sec it stops. This is done to remove any potential condensation from the IC

Yes, the original valve dumps into the intake for recirculation. Given that the the GFB maintains the OEM electrical connection, it’s opening up as programmed

It ended up being the aftermarket Blow off valve. I got rid of it and no more noises
