I may not have explianed it very well but we did not get off the bus in Poppeili, once we got off the train in Naples we got right on the bus and it was non stop to Sorennto. Coming back was the same, that was several years ago now and pre-COVID so the train line maybe offering that as an option now. There is also a water taxi port in Sorrento so you maybe able to catch one of those back to Poppeii for the day. Hope this helps and you enjoy your trip, we loved Italy!!

Yep, I still like it and use it for air travel as well as road trips. It's held up well, has a few scuff marks on it but that doesn't bother me. Some came off with the magic eraser some not but not a deal breaker for me. Hope you enjoy the case and thanks for watching!

You can definity ride them on the trails we went on and probably on a lot of the mountain bike trails as well. The city is really bike friendly and drivers are very courteous to bike riders. Thanks for watching!

We did returned the same way, I just checked and Italo ( Italotreno.it ) still offers that bus train option. They picked us up and dropped us off at the same place in town, it just happened to be right up the street from the hotel we stayed in. We didn’t think so,the most expensive meal we ate was I believe 70 euro for the two of us. But that included drinks, all the normal Italian courses and dessert after. All of our other meals were well below that. I may still have a list of the restaurants, if I can locate it I will update this repy. Thanks for watching!

Was able to find a few restaurants we enjoyed in Bologna. Trattoria Tony (ate here twice) good food/price. Ristorante da Nello al Montegrappa, Our AirBnB host recommended this one and the food was wonderful, this was the more expensive place and I would recommend a reservation if you go. I Panini di Mirò, definitely try this place, seating is outside and the owner is really accommodating especially if you do not speak italian. He basically went over the whole menu and help us pair a beer to go with it, he has 5 stars on Tripadvisor. Hope this helps, have a great trip!

I really couldn’t commit on the Monos hybrid because I have never seen it. I do have a Level 8 aluminum case that they sent me and it’s a tank! I took it to Spain last month and it’s a great case the only trade off is the extra weight. I love my Monos and went back and forth over taking it on that trip but really want to see how the Level 8 would do, all and all it worked great. If you don’t mind the extra weight ( I think it's 1.5 lbs extra for both) either case would be worth it. Thanks for watching and the comment.

You can get just about anything flat (laptop, paperwork) in that outside packet but anything with any kind of bulk is going to make it a problem to close. I travel with Sony noise canceling headphones and with them in the case it really pushes on the pocket to they point that I just transferred them to my backpack . No problems on any of the flights we took. I got gate checked on a super small plane on the way to Chicago but it was so small my backpack barely fit in the overhead so that was understandable. I wish there was one bag or case that would meet all airline requirements but sadly there’s not at this time. Thanks for watching!

I just put all three (Shannon has the carry-on 20) on the scale and here are the results. The Monos came in at 8.2 pounds, the Level 8 at 9.2, and Shannon's carry-on 20 was 7.4. It’s very lite but sturdy and as I TRY to pack with only one carryon and one personal item. the away has two compartments of which one is compressible The monos is closely designed with the away. They are all a bit pricey but my bag looks almost new after dozens of flights. I realize that since the airline gorillas aren’t handling it I will have it longer but I’ve never had a bag I’ve loved more. I do hope you get a chance to compare with the level 8. I don’t see much difference between the away and monos and chose the away because I like the handle better but that’s just personal
