I guess some people did not watch the video to the end. Everyone saying they think it's the rod bearing and they think it's this. Well no shit sherlock if you had watched the full video you would know what he found wrong with it. Good video I enjoyed the break down. One thing I did not see you look at and I am sure you did. the rod that had the spun bearing on it did you check it for wear.

Sounds like rod knock to me. The rod bearing is worn out that’s why the piston is hitting the plug.

So thet took the exhausts off so you couldn't hear the rod knock, a real jackass move. With regards the plastics, using a blow torch can revive them, do a search on TH-cam for Reviving Stadium Seats, as it shows the process of doing it. Also, the piles going from the oil cooler to the water pums, was not to oil the pump, buy to run cooling water through the oil cooler. Nice video, so have subscribed

Heat gun will bring the color back on plastics just don’t sit in one spot to long

Piston hitting the plug is worn crank bearing. Time to take it apart and replace the bearings or crank.

21:03 the drain for that oil tank is on the bottom facing the battery.

You should check and see if it’s getting juice to the fuel pump first before you pull it out

It does act like this fuel pump I had a truck and did the same thing I was driving all sudden it quit dead in the middle of the road

The very first thing you should do before driving it is change the oil. It is probably overfill on oil because gas is in the oil, I didn't see you smell it

LOL DUDE ITS 25MIN TO PULL THAT MOTOR, EASY! & YOU CAN DO TOP END IN BIKE IF YOU HAVE IT CLEAN BUT F THAT. I PULL THE MOTOR & DO THEM ON THE STAND. MAKE SURE AND PULL THE VALVES & LAP THEM ALL & NEW OEM VALVE SEALS ALSO!!! DONT PISS AWAY A TOP END ON BAD VALVES.

Love those easy fixes,rule one is always check the simplest things first and fuses are at the top of the list

How did you get the timing chain off? The casting next to the crank sprocket is very close.

Also took that long to get oil through the motor and you put the poor thing together dry. Uhgg. Hopefully didn't hurt things that much but was no reason to put that together dry, could of just added a little oil to them bearing and stuff at the least but oh well now huh

That bearing coming off with the gears in the transmission is bad cause that needs to be locked on the case if not then the whole bearing is going to turn not just the middle. I would of checked that out more why that pulled off and if it's loose just added red locetite on it so the outer part can not turn in the case and round or the bearing hole.
