Whenever I see Saurabh Mukherjea, I always remember the Relaxo chappal scene, where he lifted his Relaxo chappal and said this is a great compounder of wealth. But soon after, Marcellus exited from Relaxo.😂 This has been the trend with Marcellus lately. Talk about a certain company like he's betting his life on it and then suddenly turn around and dump the company. My point is, if it is such a high conviction stock after such intense work with their much touted proprietary research and all that mambo jambo, how come a company can suddenly turn bad in a few months? It's simple common sense right? It just means all that deep shit research is no good if it cannot determine what's going to happen with the company in just a few months' time.

1 QUESTION IF ANY1 CAN HELP- Saurabh when he was explaining P/FCF for LTTS. He says from the last chart when LTTS was around 4800 Rs in 2021 P/FCF was 6.9x.. And on some other date je says it was 3x - 4x like that. I cross checked Free Cash Flow is CFO-Capex And LTTS had around 800 cr, 1000 cr, 1200 cr as free cash flow so at 4000 Rs share price LTTS mcap is around 40000 cr so p/fcf comes around 30x-40x and similar for other years. HOW COME HE'S SAYING SUCH LOW P/FCF NOS IF ANY1 CAN HELP?

I'd like to argue about banks. When psus close, the segment doesn't move to big banks(Hdfc). The segment will always voew these banks as expensive and out of reach. Instead, these customers shift to local such as Nkgsb, Bandhan Bank, etc.

Unsurprisingly, Relaxo has been an underperformer during an inflationary period. Simply because you cannot pass on costs to your customers who do not have any ability to pay 50 Rs more for the same chappal. There is zero pricing power in this business, simply because it caters to an audience that is unable/unwilling to pay up. Rather, they shift to unorganised brands when prices go up. But anyway, jab tak retail investors ko oversimplify karke investing easy banaoge, tab tak woh sutiya bante rahenge.

If you would have bought the stocks he recommend on the next day of this video, below are the returns as of today (2 years) absolute Asian paint - 7.26% Relaxo minus 21% Hdfc bank - 1% Bajaj finance - 3.05% Nestle - 13.35% Tcs - minus 7% Nifty - 16.16% Most of these monopoly's moat is already priced and are trading at 70-80+ PE and profit growth is around 15%. If you got it at the bottom these might give a 15% cagr. And Marcellus keeps selling some of these stock as well.

I think Free Cash Flow is not important at all. Warren buffet never looked at it. I think operating cash flow is important. Free cash flow can be anything depending on the dividend distribution of the company. Stupid analysis by a similar stupid guy.

I am closely following him. I am in the market since 1991, with 3 professional finance degree of first order. Seen a long way. Did all, including badla, derivative and so on. I found him very mature, knowledgable, prudent. Just imagine the pressure of handling huge money of others and earning a % out of their profit. It's a difficult task indeed. Though, I bought ITC@160, when he sold. I sold Dr.Lal when he added, I bought Paushak and Aavas Fin in prices less than his. I read his news letters, they are gold mines. Do not try to critisize him. I really reapect him irrespect of his age. You can take any decision, it's your choice like me, but without slightest doubt, he is a genious.😊
