Plumbers putty is the easiest if you haven't put in the plate yet, but it can crack over time. Though messy and a pain, I'd go with a clear silicone that works with the underlying material. I'd seal the joint behind the faucet up top if you have two slabs (backsplash and the flat slab) coming together before putting in the faucet too after cleaning the area.

The hinges will NOT stay on. Eventually they will pop off. There are a lot of videos and complaints about this design. Be cautious about buying this Suncast shed

At 2:05, where did you put the jack stand under?

This hinge design is terrible. They fall off all the time. I tighten as well as I could, and they just fall off sometime. Bad design for sure. I think the groove in the back isn't deep enough or something. hate these and would not buy another shed that uses this design. The screw head also points toward the wall making it difficult to get a good grip on it and screw it in. Just replaced mine. Your instructions made this very low stress. It was a snap to replace.

Also, don’t use toilet water cleaner with chlorine, like Clorox Tabs or liquid. The chlorine will, over time, destroy rubber deals and materials, even chlorine resistant rubber. Toto sent free replacement parts, but I don’t know if other manufacturers do that any more if they don’t make the water filler like FluidMaster.
