    Ask why do you go on this trip, it's purpose, your goals for trip. Did you visit, friends, family?? Also, Would you like to visit again and what would you visit another time ?? Sometimes magazines or brochures mention things you might do "next time"!!! Document the weather. If you can't tell by pics, there might be a way to look it up. On a recent trip in the USA, I researched info and facts on that state before visiting. Added to conversations and you can use these facts in your journal. This could be done after as well. Anything of historical interest might be nice to add as well.

    Wow this was really helpful! I’ve been taking my standard size TN with me and trying to leave pages for scrapbooking as I journal on the go but it never works out well with page spacing. Nice video. Digital Bullet journaling is much more flexible than Analog. In September 2023, I used Acrobat PDF editor to make my first 133-page (Sep.+Oct.+Nov.+Dec.) hyperlinked-PDF Digital Bullet Journal on my new Boox Tab X. Since I'm an academic Professor, I've added an extra hyperlinked page for (My Research). In 2024, I made a fully modified 12-month (Jan. to Dec.), 385-page hyperlinked-PDF Digital Bullet Journal. I've added extra hyperlinked pages for (Plot, Week Schedule, and Academic Calendar). I plan to create an academic version of the 2024-2025 Digital Bullet Journal on my Boox Tab X using the Notepad features. It's easier than using the Acrobat PDF editor. Question: How can I make a single notepad with different page templates (To-do List + Blank + etc... )?

      no such thing as mistakes, it's all a process of meeting oneself in your creative activity, finding your own rythm and voice and undoing expectations you learned from society. journaling is something you can nurture daily, is virtually impossible to monetize and something you do mostly for yourself only, so it's a great way to explore this ❤

    • @ChoosingBliss

      @@omeirai Thank you so much for your thoughtful response! ❤️ You're absolutely right-journaling is such a personal and creative journey where we learn to find our own rhythm and voice. While my video touches on common 'mistakes,' I truly believe that every part of the process helps us grow as creators. It's all about nurturing that personal connection with journaling and not worrying about perfection. I’m so glad we both agree that it’s for yourself, and that's what makes it so rewarding! ❤️

      @@ChoosingBliss yes!! your points are thoughtful because these "mistakes" are more like places people can get stuck at! and when it happens, the point isn't to beat yourself up, but to notice it, be gentle with yourself and know how to overcome it and get back to a way that's more flowing for you 🫶 thanks for sharing about your journaling journey btw, i always love your videos and spreads!

    I’ve been making my own journals since the beginning of the year. I make a small half-page size journal each month but I really like your Traveler’s size journals. Starting with 2025, I think that is the size I’ll use. That way I can fit more treasures into each journal. Your journals are full of who you are and that’s a good thing.

    I have a cheap epson L21 with pigment ink. I watched your previous video on pictures. I format it to a 4x6 template using old school Microsoft publisher. (Am lazy to study canva). I put 4 4x6 in 1 A4, i have to shrink it a little though.

      That’s awesome that you're using the Epson L21 with pigment ink! It sounds like you’ve got a solid process with Microsoft Publisher. Have you tried printing directly on 4x6 photo paper instead of using A4? That's what I did before in my HP inkjet printer. It might save you the extra step of having to shrink the images.

    I use Collage Maker app on my phone and print on a Canon Selphy or a Canon TR4520 which can print 4x6, 5x7 and other sizes. If I have a lot to print at once, I wait for a sale and send to Walmart photo lab. Collages make so much sense for journalling, I love them!

      I’m not really good at it. Sometimes, I let the experience guide and sometimes I try to plan it out. I always have a ton of ideas about how to do it but the page never looks like what I envisioned. I think I need to probably practice more because often times I give up and won’t journal for a while.

    • @ChoosingBliss
      @ChoosingBliss หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@pbnjezly404 I totally get where you're coming from! Journaling can sometimes feel overwhelming when things don’t go as planned, but remember, it's all about the process and capturing the moment, not perfection. It’s great that you're open to letting the experience guide you-that's such a beautiful way to approach it! My pages rarely turn out exactly how I envision either, but I've found that the more I practice, the more I embrace the unexpected. Maybe try starting with small steps and less pressure to get it perfect. The more you journal, the more you'll find your own rhythm and style. Keep going, and you'll see progress over time 😊
