Till Pit line work at Kalaburagi is completed. 2 rakes will be used as maintenance currently happens at SMVT. After pit line work is completed. The train terminal will shift to Bengaluru Cantt. and the orange rake will be maintained at Kalaburagi .
Nowadays all ICF rakes have WAG9 only. Does anyone else feel the same?

Probably brake shoes rubbing against wheels.
That's because of grinding the tracks using track grinding machine. I saw those resting near malur last month. It's a part of 130kmph speed upgrade project. You can hear those friction sounds all the way till kuppam. th-cam.com/video/2IF8gWIXh20/w-d-xo.htmlsi=b53pfZK-5ku69OTP
