This is common knowledge you don't build this close to water or waves will come up and flood your house out seas are very unpredictable

Every house is condemned to go back to the sea, Mother nature can be beautiful but the sea can be very cruel too..and will come after each and every house ...eventually... Crazy to spend so much only to lose it all in a few short years....

What is it about being close to the shore that attracts people? I mean, it’s nice to see, but the corrosive nature of the salt air must make for some hefty maintenance. Plus, you’re always waiting for the next big storm and keeping your fingers crossed.

If the deveopers did not know these kind of things would happen; they would not have had the properties raised.

See how the water is different colors? That is salt water( ocean) contrasted to fresh ( ? ) water. I don't know where the fresh water is coming from

I do not feel sorry for anyone who purchased or built these homes. These homes were built on the beach! Oceans are rising, storms are increasing in strength every year. These homes are garbage. You couldn't give them to me. I'm surprised any insurance company is covering this. Spend your money wisely by NOT buying a situation like this. GLUG, GLUG! Homes are going to tge bottom.
