However, there's one of the thugs that he got beat up by Bruce back in arkham city, and when he discovers that batman is Bruce, he went fully simp mode.

Thug: “So no hard feelings, yeah?” Batman: “If this is true, have you brought the cupcakes of sorriness?” (Thug looks at his friend who just shrugs back at him) Thug: Um, no. (Batman proceeds to beat the thugs up)

Aw man, I haven't got this one yet! There was a funny peice of dialogue I heard on the airship that I have yet to find a video of. Just going to paraphrase here. It's after Batman takes down all but 2 thugs. "He got him too! What are you going to do!?" "Stay calm, we can do this." "If we couldn't do it when everyone was concious, we sure aren't doing it now!" Too funny!
