XenoReyn™ Chronicles - It's Reyn time! Definitive Edition & Knuckles [MUSIC] [SUNO v4]
Repost because I did some modifs to the audio. Again.
Sorry for any inconvenience.
This time, I'm done.
I wanted to test Suno out of curiosity and because I was skeptical, and... now it freaks me out.
I wasn’t expecting such a good result.
It's at least on the same level as most mainstream tracks today.
So... is the AI just too good, or is the level of current music simply not that high? I won't answer this! 😆
Anyway, it’s Reyn time! Definitive edition & Knuckles
I don't plan to make any other song, btw.

My slim model number is 25xxB. What would be a safe oc to start with?
Как жаль что для PS3SS нет CFW, у неё самый маленький тех процесс, было бы интересно посмотреть на сколько бы её можно было разогнать.
Bro how do you show the overclock numbers 700/900 on the overlay? Mine has the normal info but missing that
I’m currently running a 650/800 Rick solid on a 2501. Nervous to push it to 700/900 but this might tip the scales for me. Gt6 is life man
stock clocks have higher temps ?
I think the reason why GPU overclocking doesn't help much in the Empire City hub is because in this area specifically the game is limited by the CPU. I read somewhere that Sonic Unleashed doesn't fully utilize the PS3's PPU modules so that makes sense.
I have 2504b i already using 600-750 but ı dont like it hoe much can ı handle it pls help me
I found that a very good way to overclock safely is to warm up the PS3 by playing some games, immediately updating to raise the frequency by 50MHz, then jumping back in game. At some point, you'll end up with artifacts and/or freezing, at that point you just use the fan blowout function a couple times to cool the heatsink, or let the system sit for a while to cool, then revert back to the last safe clock; rinse and repeat! If you start with a high clock at low temperature and it locks up, you're forced to grab a flasher, but this way I always ended up having the console crash or artifact before it became impossible to update again! (Tested on a 2504B slim and delidded CECHG fat, slim can get to 750/900 and the fat to 650/800 before artifacting). Delidding and more tantalum capacitors seemed to give 50~100MHz extra core on the fat, haven't messed with the slim, since it's always worked well and I'm in no rush to ruin it LOL.
My MFW as a error saying fatal erro, patchtools error, lv1 self exiting, child exiting abnormaly
I have a 700/900 beta 8 installed, it's completely stable, is it ok to install 700/925 beta 10 cfw? I get error using ps3MFW-Builder for some reason and don't see a 700/900 beta 10 in your cfw collection
@@henshin587 Which PS3 model do you have ? Probably a 25**, but do you know by chance which RSX revision is in your console ? You can check this on the RSX's IHS, before applying thermal paste. Something like CXD5300"A1"GB, "C"GB, "D"GB or "G"GB. Without this, I can't really guide you 😅 700/925MHz might work, but stay cautious. Having an e3flasher is recommended if you're testing the limits of your console. There isn't a huge difference between BETA 8 and 10, you can switch between them at will without problem. BETA 8 was already stable, without any huge bug remaining. New versions are more about adding some features that won't impact the average user.
@@MitsuTM yeah, i have the CECH 2504 but i don't have an e3flasher. Iv read that a small amount over the limit on the memory can cause a black screen…and i cant recover from that. I'm not really chasing the limit, just stability, iv lost webman in xmb a couple of times recently for no reason so i tought maybe it's because of the beta 8
Is Overclocking to 650/850 Safe on my PS3 Slim 21xx
@@Creeper_ofDoom Yes, it's completely fine for it ! If you're lucky it might even support 700MHz core without instabilities. Not more though (but higher frequencies are not that interesting due to diminishing returns, anyway).
Hi, do you think that higher temperatures are what it's leading to artifacting on my PS3 Slim CECH-2001B? It's overheating up to 70 degrees even on stock values, just via using XMB, and it goes to 70/72 at 650/875, meanwhile weird artifacting and glitchy lights appears on the screen. Maybe if i repaste and clean my PS3 Slim, it should be fixed?
Reduce the clocks. Also on that model, you shouldn't be going above 800mhz since this is the last stable clock for your model.
@@nunosa528 I've tried using 650/800, but it has the same glitchy issues aswell. I'm pretty sure that's happening due to being really dirty, even the Blu-Ray drive looks brown from the outside, and as i said, the stock settings are still overheating a lot than usual.
@@vitvickyvid Yes, I recommend you to clean this poor PS3 and repaste it ! 650/800 should be fine for a 20**. How many days of use does it have ?

Which max and stable OC configuration for the PS3 SLIM CECH 2504A console??? Please???
@@Quellochevolevi 700/800~900 is guaranteed and safe for all 25** out there. If you want to push it further (which is pretty much worthless because of diminishing returns), it will depends on the RSX revision of your model. An information you'll find on the IHS before applying thermal paste. CXD5300"A1"GB, CXD5300"C"GB, CXD5300"D"GB or CXD5300"G"GB. Ranking them from best to worst : 1 - "G"GB 2 - "C"GB 3 - "A1"GB and "D"GB ex-aequo • GGB : 850MHz core easily, sometimes 900MHz and like a TON more rarely 950MHz. For VRAM : 1000MHz highly possible. • CGB : 800MHz core easily, 850MHz """stable""" only if the temps are kept below 70°C. VRAM : 975MHz. 1000MHz if kept below 70°C • A1GB/DGB : 750MHz core stable. 800MHz is possible but it's likely heat dependant too. VRAM : 900~950MHz MAX At the end of the day, you'll have to test it cautiously by yourself, even if you know which RSX revision is in your PS3. Those are general recommendations, guidelines based on many users reports, but each PS3 might have slightly different results due to silicon lottery and different manufacturers (+ the overall usage of the said console). Having an e3flasher is highly recommended, to recover the console in case of brick. If you want to stay safe, then stick to 700/850. It represents the greatest part of the gains before noticeable diminishing returns. Even 650/800 is an excellent OC, in fact. Which is a good news, because even the "weakest" 25** will tolerate this (=700/850) just fine.
@@MitsuTM thanks you so much !! the explanation is precise and accurate, you were very helpful. I wish you a good continuation!!
Could you try God of War Ascension next with the Overclock. This is a game thats super graphically intense on PS3 with an Unlocked FPS
@@Creeper_ofDoom I'd like to but I won't promise anything. Unfortunately, I don't have the time to do new videos for now and I really can't say when I'll be able to make my comeback (once again, I'd like to...) 😅

@@李乐-p6y Extreme and (in my opinion) useless because there are noticeable diminishing returns way before such frequencies. Some 25** will support 950/1000+, but that's SUPER rare and once again... useless 😅 The more we overclock a PS3, the more things like heat and especially electromigration will harm the console while the gains will not be that important after 700MHz for the core and 800~850MHz VRAM.
I have a 2503B 1A.. At 700/900 my temps never went above 65, mostly 50s and peaked at 61 using stock thermal paste and 40% fan. 200 days of use

i need some help making sure my ps3 doesnt brick. so, i currently have a 600/750 oc, and i wanted to do a 700/850 oc. im kinda skeptical about my ps3 model being apropriate for this oc. i have a ps3 slim CECH-2501A, wich has a 40nm rsx. do you think it would work without issues? If the PS3 suddenly bricks or turns itself off, what do you do, bro, because there are plans to OC the PS3
@@Jualchannelakun You're talking about a Slim ? Which model exactly ? If you're careful and don't install random frequencies, a sudden brick is impossible just by overclocking. If somehow you manage to brick your console, you have to use an e3flasher to reflash the NOR. Many tutorials on PSX-Place and TH-cam about how to do this. A PS3 turning off while playing a demanding game is something you see on 20XX slims. It means that the NEC/Tokins are too degraded and you should install a lower (core) OC. Nothing to worry about, but yeah, on a 20XX those capacitors are a bit limiting.

Both RIP-Felix's experiments and mine highlighted noticeable diminishing returns starting around 700MHz core and 800MHz VRAM. Yeah, in fact, I could even lower the VRAM to 800MHz without significant performance loss. Great numbers are appealing and it's always fun to test the limits of your hardware (at least, for me), but further frequencies increases aren't worth it. That's just additional stress for crumbs, basically. 🔹www.psx-place.com/threads/project-rsx-boost-overclock-your-retail-ps3-rsx-speeds-ps3-cfw-only.36801/page-119#post-392382 🔹www.psx-place.com/threads/project-rsx-boost-overclock-your-retail-ps3-rsx-speeds-ps3-cfw-only.36801/page-133#post-394237
Bro, where are you :(
Here ! 🎉 I just needed a break from any social network 😅 Also, I don't have any time to make new videos these days :\

I have another suggestion of a game with the framerate already unlocked, being it Need for Speed ProStreet.
Hello can you make OC firmwares for beta10 evilnat PEX. Can you make 675/825-850. I have 25xx. What do you suggest.
I suggest 700/850. These frequencies are well supported by every 25XX. RIP-Felix has made this video tutorial about how to use ps3MFW-Builder 👍 th-cam.com/video/dTwyn28PXJg/w-d-xo.html

You see some big gains when flying, perhaps a lot of the AI and ground level physics systems are out of the equation so you're just GPU bound and the framerate rockets accordingly. However on the ground with pedestrians and vehicles etc there is hardly any gain at all and the CELL is choking.
Exactly !
XD
