Regarding minerals and economic market fights RPF and UPDF are responsible totally, politically, and economically, Uganda Kenya, and Rwanda are responsible. Worse is the political theft of presidents a factor that has put innocent civilians in harm's way. We cannot keep pussy footing this matter hoping for the best. It goes to the heart of the problem. I think Gen. M7 is telling the bitter truth which can't be deciphered by the so called intellectuals. If you want independence of the judiciary museveni shouldn't be the appointing authority otherwise if he sees it fit that military court should exist well he may be having that prerogative. In all reasoning i think it's also fine but here the problem goes to " evidence" and rules of procedure... For example if the civilian courts gets evidence that guns bullets zinvolved then your handed on to the martial court. The judiciary just needs to be creative otherwise on this however shabby it seems he is right .
