We've seen Rebels on the African plains but hardly do we see smartly dressed forces like the M23,organisation and movement is of a quasi special forces..It's an open secret that the M23 are being funded and Oriented from Rwanda

Semujju is missing out on something, if you say that FDLR went there 30 yrs ago, it's doesn't matter those fighting now are of what age, but ideology is the point here.
FYI, president Kagame who fought in Rwanda from 1990, was a product of 1959 killings in Rwanda then against the Tutsi.
He was just 3 yrs old when his parents fled.

You keep denying the truth about killing of Tutsi in Kivu province but this problem was started by Mobutu in 1963when removed citizenship from the Tutsi but the Hon Semuju has the same ideas like those people

Brutally honest, the NRA and RPF are responsible for the conflict in DRC. Regarding minerals and economic market fights RPF and UPDF are responsible totally, politically, and economically, Uganda Kenya, and Rwanda are responsible. Worse is the political theft of presidents a factor that has put innocent civilians in harm's way. We cannot keep pussy footing this matter hoping for the best. Be informed, this conflict is mult-national in cooperation without nation, nation-states. Our presidents are middlemen in this conflict. Why?

Is Col Makanika in M23 now???the Kivu region is Tutsi's, your presentation is kind of misleading.. isn't Bukavu across near Kyangugu Town in Rwanda? when you state Makanika is not with M23 I don't agree with you,Rwanda forces are in Congo, this thing is like the way President Habyarima used to say that Uganda is the one who invaded Rwanda who were fighting.. Congo is has the same situation

Genocide is an ideology, sir. MP, u should understand this as a politician. Yes, it is 30 years now, but the ideology of genocide (extermination of tutsis) is spreading through their offspring to a level that it has thoroughly contaminated DRC. They all share the same thing "finishing off tutsis both in DRC and Rwanda. And you think Rwanda should sit back and let this happen honorable? You are wrong!
