Your Merrill Wisconsin plant is run by dim wits who have no idea how manufacturers work . They need as many people as they can get yet refused to hire people that have experience. It's a revolving door of people being told it's a 3 day weekend yet its 5 10hr days no training program nor does any of the managers have a care . If you have a goal of 500 windows a day and 60 people on first shift and 20 on second shift how would it be split ... not 50/50 like it is this is an excellent example of the logic your plant manager down to floor management have ... Once the handle has been pulled up and the locking pins are actuated, should the deadbolt actuate completely? I have to continue holding the handle up in order for the deadbolt to fully rotate

So by your nomenclature, a 'pocket' window is different from an 'insert' window. From your videos, a 'pocket' window is installed from the inside and an 'insert' window is installed from the outside - correct? I didn't see anything in your literature/brochures that refer to a pocket window?

You guys need better instructions on your products. The instructions on the doors are garbage. They need better pics, not a 1985 security cam resolution.
