ATV Trailer with DIY linear actuator
Basic model of ATV Trailer, with DIY linear actuators. Basically this trailer has manual tipping but only halfway, because the tipping point is on the wheels. With a few pieces of iron and some welding, it is very easy to install electric linear actuators. The downside is that the actuators are quite slow, 5mm/sec.
But hey, everything is better, rather than by hand shoveling down.
Linear actuator have 250mm stroke and 6000N of force.
On ATV simple install dual side switch (6A) with connector for output.

Simple demonstrate indoors fun during bad weather. At first I was not a fan of this type of vehicle, but after a short time play with i liked it very much! :D . There is not much speed, but substantially is precision, resourcefulness, and patience. A simple example of how you can shorten the boring rain weather. I'd like one to lift one ton (1000 kilo) about 4 feet high (1 meter). To load and unload stuff from a pickup or trailer.

That’s awesome!! Well done. If you block the front suspension and use a few more pulleys you’ll get better lift and it will be more stable. Love the build!! 😃👍🏻

How much have you been able to lift with it? Have you added any weigh to back to balance?
Love that Build! Nicely done! Improvement suggestion: Make the upper supports adjustable so you can tilt back (or froward) the fork tongues a bit so the heavy load is better supported, does not slip down or can pick up stuff on uneven ground?
If you're going to create a video then show it in real life circumstances how you're actually going to use it. That video tells me nothing about how that will function in a real world scenario.

I could care less about that jazz info. Post what size of winch being used. Video didn't show it even being hooked up.
A standard winch, 12V 1380kg (3000 pounds) missed that part. 🤨😊

Put a pallet on the forks and you can safely clean your gutters with no ladder!!

I was wondering if you would have to do anything with the suspension..!?? And you did! The new shocks don't even sag when you tested it!!
It was an option for a harder suspension, or eliminate it, and fix the metal bar. 😀
Have you done any tests with how much counterbalance is needed when you raise it... obviously more is needed with heavier weights! I LOVE this!
I used a 70kg (154 pounds) counterweight, and I successfully lifted 220kg (485 pounds). 😀
What are the individual measurements of the pieces?

I just ran across your demo video and you gave this link!! I've been needing to do something like this for my ATV. I don't need to lift/move anything that is really heavy! This would be such a great addition! How hard is it to attach/detach? (haven't watched the whole video yet)!
It is very easy to attach, one main bolt on under site, and 2 bolts on upper site of frame. 👍
Do you have any plans on how you built it? What is it made from? Metal...wood? I like the design and how high it reaches!!

actually you should put a pully at the bottom!! and the more pullies you use up and down the less force is needed for the whinch and so you can lift heavier weights
Of course it would be possible, but this reduces the lift speed. 👍
