    Hello, I just purchased your course. My boyfriend and I started a barbershop. He cuts hair and has been doing so for about 25 years. This barbershop is located in a plaza that doesn't have foot traffic but a lot of car traffic. That is the downfall of this place but to get started with this business it was the cheapest option for us because it had a lot of the plumbing done. There is another barbershop that's been there a long time and has customers like crazy. We're the new kids on the block. Anyhow, I was wondering is you think the 10$ window decal would work for us? More than likely you won't be about to see it from the street. Only when you get in the parking lot because it's in a shopping center. Even though the shop is facing the street it's just to far away I think to see the sign on the window.

    Its ridiculous people in our game that cheapens the culture. Charging school prices,low balling, and on top of everything, putting peoples personal account info on social media. On top of all of that, he "raised" his prices to a normal price smdh. Your a true Fail to all barbers

    • @BarberShopCashFlow
      @BarberShopCashFlow 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Coach Leon people in the game need to stop being insecure at what others are doing. It’s only when you feel like you cant get your own thing going that you worry about what other people are doing. We are currently at $25-30 plus for haircuts. I can careless what another barber is doing anywhere else in the world. My business proved itself to the community first and as a result has expanded. I’m a professional marketer. I did with this business what it takes some 2-3 years to do cause they think like you. No as far as personals. Please tell me what the person name and full cc info is on the receipt. I’ll wait!!!!

    Your shop could be the fanciest shop in the world but if your cuts ain’t Fancy than good luck. Another thing is you can’t be limited as a barber if you really want to make money in the business you need to cut every type of hair. My opinion is and that’s what I believe if you can’t cut hair with scissors your not a real barber.

    • @iiSup3rior

      I spent months looking for a decent barber college, I wanted to focus on cosmetology first so I can learn long hair and styling. But I got so lucky I found a school that will teach me long hair and styling manicure pedicure and barber. Basically all the necessities without wasting money and time. So you're right it's about service not how loud the music is, or that you have a pool table that flips into ping pong, the nicest chairs, it's about what you can provide

      @@iJuanGutierrez i start on September 23. And Im anxious and excited. Texas requires 1500 hours and no apprenticeship is allowed. The barber program only takes like 300 he's to complete so the teacher decided that learning the same thing 5 times is good but teaching more to prepare us for what's modern is better

    • @iJuanGutierrez
      @iJuanGutierrez 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Jesse Cruz I see. Nice, never give up bro! It’s a process just work on your craft. One thing I’m going to say is don’t think that you will leave school prepared, not to sound negative but the real work will start at the barbershop that’s where you will learn for real because you won’t have the teacher around to help. You can watch soo many videos on how todo this and that but if you don’t put it to practice and put in your 10 thousand hours of work, you won’t feel like you mastered it. Good luck! To you on your journey. It’s a great line of work. Also I suggest to stick to someone who knows what they are doing and is already successful.
