5 FUNDAMENTAL Kitchen Layouts | Kitchen Floor Plan
The kitchen layout is the shape that is made by the arrangement of the countertop, major appliances and storage areas. This floor plan creates the kitchen's work triangle - the path that you make when moving from the refrigerator, to the sink, to the range to prepare a meal. When designing your new kitchen and choosing the best cabinetry solutions for your home, one of the first considerations is the overall layout of the kitchen.

Sir, Which IS code Refer
there's no code here. Just physics. Continuous spans have negative moments near de columns and positive moments in the center of the span. So you make the splices where the moment is at its minimum. In columns is preferable to make splices in the middle to avoid some problems of ductility in the nodes. In cantilevers, there is just negative moment, so it's the same idea. I need to say that high ductility members have some special requirements, so you cannot make splices near de nodes, because you need to make sure that the failure mechanism is to form hinges first on beams. ACI 318 have this requirements.
Where is this? Great footage!
Hi, excelent Video. I just wanted to ask Which code o standard are you refering to
instablaster
Just want to ask a Question it is allowed to splice near support? SMRF says that no splice with in 2h region,,, tama ba?
Hi Under Construction, can you please answer this question, thank you.
Both beam and column detail presented on the video is not for SMRF
