Plant-based diet, meals high in fibre will keep you full for longer. From porridge to burritos and a simple lentil bolognaise...That is what my family and I eat in a day.
If you are choosing the right foods throughout the day, it is easy to reach your 30g.

I mean ive tried slimmers world food, some are really nice.
I need advice on healthy options, try slimmers world some decent ones. But smoothie wow that sounds good.
Thank you for watching Mark, plant-based diets have all the required protein, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals for optimal health and are often higher in fiber and phytonutrients. Some of us may need to add a supplement such as B12 to ensure we are getting all the nutrients needed. When it comes to healthier options consider using healthier oils when cooking or omit entirety and sauté in a little water, bake or roast instead of frying, use wholemeal bread, pasta and rice instead of their white counterparts. If you eat meat, try swapping meat protein with plant protein one or two times a week. Definitely do not drink with your meals as mentioned in the video. We have our last meal around 5/6pm so that there is enough time for the meal to be digested before bed, which leads me to mention it is important to get adequate sleep because that is when our bodies repair. Ingredients: Tomatoes of your preference, I opted for seven varieties, including plum, cherry, and those lingering in my fridge that I wanted to utilise. 1 tbs cayenne pepper Pinch of Himalayan salt Olive oil for drizzling 2 bulbs garlic 2 tbs mixed herbs 2 tbsp rapeseed oil 2 red onions sliced or chopped 2 medium sized carrots 2 celery stalks Vegan stock 1 tbsp brown sugar Fresh Basil chopped Method Begin by rinsing and halving the tomatoes, then placing them on a baking tray. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper, drizzle with olive oil, and add cloves of garlic, salt, and mixed herbs. Roast in the oven for 30 minutes, or longer for a slightly charred effect. Meanwhile, sauté the onions for 3-5 minutes. Add carrots and celery with a bit of water to soften. Blend all the ingredients until smooth, then incorporate the stock, sugar, and basil. Adjust the consistency with more stock or water if needed. Simmer on low for an additional 10-15 minutes. Serve with garlic bread.
