i use MakeMake Modelable Decorative Concrete for the heads and i buy it from here www.makemake.dk/shop/8-dekorationsbeton/22-makemake-modellerbar-dekorationsbeton-18-kg/

It is something called Make Make that i use

I cast the mold in a nylon stocking and use a form of clay for the face.

1 part portland cement, 3 parts sand. Add water to make mixture stick together. Too much water and it gets hard to elongate the shape after mixture is put in stocking. Have fun.

@@MadeByMe-to we don't get any woodpeckers where I live I haven't even seen a blue jay in over 5 or 6 yrs since crow's took over the neighborhood
