two of my favorite charecters in star wars are jacen solo/darth caedus and of course the face of star wars anakin skywalker/darth vader ben solo is also a charecter i love but ths sequel trilogy does not show him enough turning to the dark side of the force they let that off from the films which is kinda pathetic and lame when people watch a movie about a charecter turning to the dark side of the force we need more footage i know whos to blame for that choice of directors to me rian johnson is and never will be a good director from point of view hes terrible at writing and directoring he can not write and screenplay if his life depended on it he should never have been allowed to direct episode 8 in rise of skwlker some of his ideas got retconed but i dont consider the force awakens the last jedi and of course the rise of skywalker to be none canon to me they are alternate timeline or universe not in the same timeline as episodes 1 2 3 4 5 and 6

The best thing about across the stars is how so great it gives off that feeling of awe when paired up with the shots of space. It just tells you the message of what Star Wars is and why we love it so much because of the sense of awe it inspires.

I worked at Blockbuster that summer and this thing used to play on a continuous loop.

I think Episodes 1, 2, and 3 are just as good as the sequels if not better. Part of it is because the music is so much better than the sequels (which was amazing).

True story, when George Lucas approached Universal Studios for backing for the first Star Wars movie, episode iv, the Universal executives were shown the movie without any music & most of them fell asleep watching it. When they approached 20th century fox with the music, they jumped at the chance & couldn't sign the contract fast enough. The music makes star wars what is today.
